We installed Gameball for our store. The experience was really great thanks to Habiba's explanations, which helped us configure the software. Once in place, the experience for the client is very interesting, and the results are there. Gamechanger!

We loved this app and the possibilities you can do to gamify the shopping experience, price is very reasonable versus other loyalty services and it's feature-rich. Above all, customer service reps are quick to respond and eager to help you launch your loyalty program. Much recommended!

I recently switched to Gameball from another loyalty app to get better functionality at a good price and I am totally blown away. There are so many ways to customise my program, it's easy to get caught up tweaking settings. I can't wait to deep-dive into segmented campaigns.

Habiba was very knowledgeable and answered all of my concerns about the app. We are still working on some things for our initial rollout of the app, but as long as it works with our SHOPIFY POS I feel the app should help boost our future sales and customer retention.

Great user interface, best value for money specially when you run a retention based business and very helpful & dedicated support. This app is deep! Like, you really need someone to hold your hand to get the most out of it. But, it's worth it since it's really rewarding. It basically makes funnels fun, inobtrusive, and doesn't break the shopper's mood/flow. But, like I said, it's Deep. Thankfully, the customer service on this app is really, really good. I've worked with Ms. Elsafty every time I need customer service and she not only answers my questions and is patient with her explanations, she also improves my users' experience keeping my bottom line in mind. She thinks about your customers like it's her business which is really useful and hard to come by. Actually, I've worked with her in meetings; I've gotten help from multiple Gameball team members via livechat, and they're all fabulous. I put Gameball on the back burner at first because of it's learning curve; I almost missed out. This is definitely the best rewards program I have experienced.

Amazing App, its extremely user friendly for both store owner and customer. The Support team is very active and always there to guide and explain how to use all the features and iNcrease ROI. They have a dynamic roadmap and always add new features to the app. Highly Recommended
