Very good support. Zeus understood my problem after some initial doubts and it was quickly solved: The app did not translate into the rest of the languages of my store through T-Lab Translation due to some double quotes. They manually removed them in my theme.liquid and everything started to translate correctly. Great app

This app provides all the necessary cookie consent functionality to comply with international privacy laws, particularly in the European Union. I was truly amazed after installing it, as it even maintains a log of consent given. You have the flexibility to customize various aspects according to your preferences, such as text and buttons. As someone who enjoys tinkering with CSS, I found it easy to make adjustments. In case you encounter any issues, there's Zeus, a real person who is incredibly helpful and available for assistance. Furthermore, I forgot to mention that this app is available for FREE right from the start. Consentmo doesn't restrict main functionality on the free plan, unlike other apps. I highly recommend trying it out, you won't be disappointed!

When looking for a cookie compliance solution, we were recommended Consentmo. Several months after implementing Consentmo, we noticed significantly skewed reporting in every one of our analytics dashboards. Being detrimental to accurate reporting across the business, especially conversion rate, we expended large amounts of resources to identify the cause. After weeks of testing and trying to isolate the problem, we identified Consentmo to be the issue. When a user denied cookies through the Consentmo cookie banner, every page visit would be logged as three sessions. This is an extremely urgent matter that we raised to Consentmo support. The team has yet to respond to our ticket in any meaningful way and it has been several days since a reply. This app is an integral part of compliance. We are very disappointed with how support has responded to our team raising a significant issue with the app.
Hello there, As we mentioned in the reply to your query, all the reports your team has communicated from the 10th of July onwards were not received on our support system. We only received this information today when you forwarded it to our email [email protected]. We have already replied to your queries and suggested a solution for one of the reports and asked for permission to check the second one. Sehr gute App, die uns das Cookie-Consent-Management erleichtert hat. Wir sind ursprünglich zu Shopify gewechselt, um unsere Cookies rechtssicher zu gestalten. Dies ist uns nun mit der App möglich. Die App bietet auch einen super Kund:innensupport. Wir sind insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit der App und können sie weiterempfehlen. Zu empfehlen ist auch der Compliance Check aus der App heraus. Bei diesem prüft ein Mitarbeiter bzw. ggf. eine Mitarbeiterin die Compliance der Cookie App.

Have only been using the free plan so far, but that has given me everything I need to be GDPR compliant. The cookie banner is very customisable, so it's easy to stay on brand with colours etc and at the same time avoid destroying the customer experience. Once setup there is an option to speak with tech support to have them check for compliance. I spoke with Georgi who was incredibly helpful in helping me check my store. He also went above and beyond in spotting a few other things I needed to change in my Shopify settings for faster page load times. This included sending me step by step video instructions that were super easy to follow an implement. Really impressed by the app functionality and especially the first class customer support. Thank you!

Fijn en gebruiksvriendelijk. In de gratis versie zit eigenlijk alles wat je nodig hebt en kan je ook customizen. Wat echt heel fijn is, dat ze een compliance check doen. Zo weet je zeker dat alles goed staat.

Very very easy to set up and use. Plugs right in to Shopify's Consent API making it very easy to get real cookie compliance online quickly. Support team is also very helpful and responsive!

Makkelijk te installeren, makkelijk te configureren en voldoet aan alle wettelijke eisen die gesteld worden door de GDPR. Zelfs een leek heeft dit in 5 minuten voor elkaar.
