The customer service staff in the app chat is super helpful and friendly. He quickly helped with fixing some styling issue and applied the changes directly in the CSS code!

I'm not particularly techy and I found this app very easy to install and configure. As my store is brand new I've gone for the free version for now. I love how you can customise the cookie bar and adapt it to your brand colours, and also how easy it was to understand the cookie bar behaviour, for instance which cookies should load automatically, and which ones should not. I had to contact Support to ask a question and they got back to me immediately with a clear explanation on how to sort out a specific setting. I'm impressed so far.

installation is sound confused. and cookie bar not showing in store front end. i have taken free trial of pro plan for 7 days.

If you are not able to preview the cookie bar on your end, we would recommend checking again on another browser or clearing the cookies and local storage for the one you are currently using. You can also try an incognito tab. Please also make sure that any cookies or ad-blocking extensions are disabled in the browser while testing. Received a 5 star service from the team! I had the team to guide me through the settings in order to stay compliant with the regulations and they team delivered a clear and concise instruction on how to go about it. They even did a screen record to show how the plugins actually performs on my website. Nonetheless, they were very responsive to all the replies.

We tested other apps and so far this is the only one working properly. We had an issue, not directly linked with their app and they solved in few minutes. Super app and super assistance.

I just loaded this app today and wanted to ask some questions just to make sure I make everything right. I chat with customer service and got great service and help with pictures. They also gave me tips to get every settings okay. I am amazed how good service I got. Perfect!

Wir sind soweit sehr zufrieden. Der Support ist top-notch und reagiert schnell und kompetent. Der Consent-Banner ist sehr gut konfigurierbar und blockt zuverlässig.
