If there’s no real free plan, please be upfront about it. Wasting my time under that assumption is both unprofessional and disappointing.
Hi there, thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that you felt misled. Just to clarify for anyone reading - Consentmo does include a Free plan, which is clearly described in both the app listing and inside the app settings. It’s designed for stores with up to 10,000 banner impressions per month. It looks like we didn’t receive a message from you before the uninstall, or we would have been happy to explain how the usage tiers work and help find the best plan for your needs. If you’d consider giving us another try, we’d be glad to offer guidance on the right setup and even assist with the full configuration. Just reach out - we’re here to help! 🙌

W tym momencie korzystamy z aplikacj 2 dni. Mamy i GA4 i Gads w sklepie i podłączony GTM, czyli duzo wszystkiego. Pytań odpowiednio tez dużo, szczególnie o ten Google Consent Mode V2 i prawidłowość zgód. Mają świetne wsparcie w czacie i pomimo tego świetną dokumentację. Zawsze ktoś odpowiada w czacie, Bardzo mi pomogli Georgi, Zeus.

I was having an issue seeing the cookie banner. It was an easy fix and the chat told me and showed me how to fix it. And now it is good to go!!!
