A great and simple way to be GDPR compliant! The free plan is very generous and does the job for me. You could customise the colours and position of the cookie bar. Their customer support is also very helpful. Highly recommended!

Awesome support. We had an issue with our integration, which had actually nothing to do with this app and they found the problem, so that we could fix it. Very helpful. Besides that its one of the view apps out there which has really all the necessary legal features for GDPR even in free plan.

Great customer service and advice from Georgi who was able to help me with my GDPR Compliance check efficiently. Everything was explained clearly with links and articles to read to help me along the way. I was then able to get an email of our conversation to ensure that I could access the links again in the future. It was a supportive conversation with an offer of further help in the future - thank you Georgi!

Works as it is supposed to work. Very easy installation and good customer service to make it compliant with regulations. They even check your website to make sure everything is set-up correctly. Highly recommended!

When looking for a cookie compliance solution, we were recommended Consentmo. Several months after implementing Consentmo, we noticed significantly skewed reporting in every one of our analytics dashboards. Being detrimental to accurate reporting across the business, especially conversion rate, we expended large amounts of resources to identify the cause. After weeks of testing and trying to isolate the problem, we identified Consentmo to be the issue. When a user denied cookies through the Consentmo cookie banner, every page visit would be logged as three sessions. This is an extremely urgent matter that we raised to Consentmo support. The team has yet to respond to our ticket in any meaningful way and it has been several days since a reply. This app is an integral part of compliance. We are very disappointed with how support has responded to our team raising a significant issue with the app.
Hello there, As we mentioned in the reply to your query, all the reports your team has communicated from the 10th of July onwards were not received on our support system. We only received this information today when you forwarded it to our email [email protected]. We have already replied to your queries and suggested a solution for one of the reports and asked for permission to check the second one. We look forward to your reply in our support channel at [email protected] :)

Sehr gute App, die uns das Cookie-Consent-Management erleichtert hat. Wir sind ursprünglich zu Shopify gewechselt, um unsere Cookies rechtssicher zu gestalten. Dies ist uns nun mit der App möglich. Die App bietet auch einen super Kund:innensupport. Wir sind insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit der App und können sie weiterempfehlen. Zu empfehlen ist auch der Compliance Check aus der App heraus. Bei diesem prüft ein Mitarbeiter bzw. ggf. eine Mitarbeiterin die Compliance der Cookie App.

Fijn en gebruiksvriendelijk. In de gratis versie zit eigenlijk alles wat je nodig hebt en kan je ook customizen. Wat echt heel fijn is, dat ze een compliance check doen. Zo weet je zeker dat alles goed staat.

Very very easy to set up and use. Plugs right in to Shopify's Consent API making it very easy to get real cookie compliance online quickly. Support team is also very helpful and responsive!
