Very friendly and fast service. We had some issues in the coding when integrating the app with our translation tool, and Zeus was excellent in solving our issue. He immediately had a software engineer look into it, and in no time they found the issue and solved it. 100% recommend the app to anyone mainly because of the excellent customer service. Unusual to find such great support. Thank you.

After evaluating MANY different GDPR+etc. cookie compliance apps, this one is the only one that met all my requirements. As a bonus, the developers are extremely accessible and helpful by email support. They helped me with custom code samples that I applied to my theme to ensure that custom tracking code I had (for other third-party services) were staying in compliance. I also love that the app can use IP-based geolocation to show the relevant notices ONLY to visitors for whom it is relevant. In my case, that means most of my visitors don't get nagged by a cookie consent banner at all (yay!) AND I stay in full compliance (double yay!).

Updated: The customer team reached out and clarified that their emails have ended up in my spam which is the reason why I didn't see any of their responses. We connected and resolved my query in a timely manner post my initial review. ************************************************ I have reached out multiple times with my query asking for support however I have received no response from the customer service.

Consent Tool funktioniert sehr gut - einfache und flexible Integration möglich. Hatte zwischendurch kleine Probleme beim Set-Up, was aber mit Hilfe des Supports sehr schnell und effizient behoben werden konnte.

Nice app, easy to use and fast reliable help center. There is even a free plan to choose, or if you prefer more features paid plans. It needs a translation integrated app (like langshop and such) to have translations of the texts , you cannot put them manually in this app. Apart from that, everything seems great

On the one hand, there are several videos how to integrate the app. On the other hand there's the best Customer Service in the Live-Chat you can imagine.
