We opted for this app based on other users' rave reviews of their help desk/customer service, and I can confirm it's great. Everyone I chatted with (John in particular) knows the app inside and out, and their help is never the surface-level stuff you often get from Shopify apps. I hope they'll keep investing in the people who staff the help desk.

Great app and an essential tool for GDPR compliance on Shopify. The interface is clear, easy to configure, and integrates smoothly with the store. I’d especially like to highlight Joseph’s support — he was helpful, responsive, and precise. He took the time to understand our setup and made sure everything was correctly implemented, even in more complex cases. His guidance made the whole process much easier and gave us real peace of mind.
