The customer service staff in the app chat is super helpful and friendly. He quickly helped with fixing some styling issue and applied the changes directly in the CSS code!

I’ve been using Consentmo for a few years now, and I recently upgraded to the paid version, it is worth every penny. As someone who isn't 'techy,' I was worried about the new Google Consent Mode V2 requirements. The support team was incredible; John actually went into my theme code and handled the manual integration for me to ensure everything was perfect. He even helped me set up a clean 'Manage Cookies' link in my footer so I didn't have to use a floating widget that blocked my newsletter pop-up. Fast, professional, and highly recommended!

Received a 5 star service from the team! I had the team to guide me through the settings in order to stay compliant with the regulations and they team delivered a clear and concise instruction on how to go about it. They even did a screen record to show how the plugins actually performs on my website. Nonetheless, they were very responsive to all the replies.

Great review. I like it very much. I also like the service from the people behind the app. I had some issues, but they helped me very quickly and now im satisfied and im using the app everyday. So all in all, great app!

I needed to update the app with code, I don't know how to write code and do not want to mess up our site. John offered to do it for me and did it immediately! Made my life so much easier and I greatly appreciated his quick help. And later down the road John helped me to clarify the privacy issues and consent issue with agentic shopify plans. Prompt and thoroughly explained.

Great App! that is easy to use! I had a small problem to find an option i needed so i contacted the support via chat. They responded immediately and solved my issue very fast! I absolutely recommend the app!
