Ich bin nicht mehr so zufrieden! 1) wenn man über den gebuchten Plan kommt (also die Anzahl an pageviews die man gebucht) drehen sie einfach das Cookie Banner ab! War bei mir jetzt sogar der Fall ohne dass ich über den Plan kam, wegen einem Update-Fehler bei Ihnen. Zack, weg ist das Cookie Banner, ohne das man rechtzeitig benachrichtigt wird!! Sie schreiben eine Email 3 Stunden nachdem das Cookie Banner bereits abgedreht ist! Der Horror!! Und wenn man die Email nicht sofort liest und bearbeitet, tja dann ist der Shop mal ein paar Tage ohne Cookie Banner!! Da kann einen heute jeder verklagen !! Man ist ja selbst nicht ständig auf der eigenen Homepage...Warum man da nicht automatisch in den nächstgrößere Plan stuft, versteh ich nicht! Für mich ein KO Kriterium! 2) ich musste sehr viel custom code in die App reinpacken, und tagelang mit dem Support hin und herschreiben bis der Code endlich gepasst hat, damit die Cookie Box auf allen verschiedenen Geräten richtig angezeigt wird! Mal waren die Buttons nicht zu sehen, mal der Header nicht, echt anstrengend, alle Displaygrößen der Kunden durchzugehen. Hätte ich mir automatisch gewünscht, war viel Arbeit. Fällt einem wahrscheinlich gar nicht auf, wenn man nicht alle Displaygrößen der Kunden mal durchgeht (zbsp. mit der Google Chrome Erweiterung "Resolution Test Option") und testet.. 3) Der Support war hilfreich und freundlich. Früher gab es den schnellen Live Chat, jetzt nur noch email.

In regard to the consent bar not showing, there was not a general issue with the app in the last days, that caused the consent bar to not show for everyone. If there was an issue, we would address it as quickly as possible so that it won't affect the merchants of the stores. I believe that there is a slight misunderstanding and the consent bar was not turned off automatically in your store, since you did not reach your quota limit. Even if you did, as we have mentioned, you will be notified by email and within the app settings, that you have reached the limit. As for our live chat, it is available within the app settings or if you open the page of the app, which you can find here - https://gdprcdn.b-cdn.net/ . Very easy to install, setup and choose the location of where the Cookie notification appears. A very thorough app that you should definitely use, as it'll give your customers the legal options they need to select from.

I have greatly changed my mind about this app. The fact that they charge you per page views and not website visitors is insane! I do not recommend this app if you have constant daily traffic. I was paying for the PRO plan (10$ monthly), and with 800 website visitors daily, I ended up having the bar not functioning at only 5 days into the month. I found a much cheaper app, where I pay 5$ per month for unlimited website visitor. I would greatly suggest to the developers to start charging per website visitors instead of page views.
Hello there, we checked our records and you were lastly running our Standard plan which is for $5.99 a month and it covers up to 30 000 page views also a month. I will provide a short explanation on how and why we are counting the views and not the visitors: The page views/visits are counted each time a customer opens a page in your store. For example, if a customer first navigates to the Home page and after this to a Product page, the page visits will be increased by 2, since the app is loaded on both of those pages. The reason for this is because the app is loaded on every page, in order to maintain the same blocking of the cookies on each page (as per the customer's choice - they have either accepted or blocked the cookies). This is what makes the website compliant with the user's choice. You can also check the following FAQ question for additional information - https://gdpr.apps.isenselabs.com/pages/faq?id=45 and https://gdpr.apps.isenselabs.com/pages/faq?id=81 Having said that, cheaper apps that claim to be GDPR compliant, usually don't maintain such blocking and coverage of the law. Very responsive to any issues. Had a bit of trouble configuring so that Google Analytics continued to work, but the support team responded to my query very quickly.

This app does exactly what it's intended to which is always great, but in the rare case you need it to do more or have general questions, this is where this app shines. An amazing support team that are extremely knowledgeable. I promise I tried the majority or the other apps for GDPR and nothing even comes close to this.

This app works just like it should, and even lets you add a "refuse" button which is required by French law, unlike any of the others. It is also the only app I could find that covers both GDPR and CCPA, which is great. Customer service is super fast and helpful, Emil helped me with custom CSS code to get the bar set up exactly as I wanted it. I can definitely recommend this app!

Our client wanted to add a cookie bar to their website and chose this one based on its versility and value for money. There was a request I didn't know how to assist with but the app developers were on hand with very quick and efficient service via e-mail and helped with the coding to achieve the clients request. Probably the best and most most affordable app on the market with plenty of customization possibilities. The DEVs also fixed some issues for me free of charge. I can recommend it.
