I removed the app a year ago and just realized you were charging me for an entire year $14.99/mo. I checked the account and it showed I didn't have a subscription because I canceled it a year ago. SO SHADY.

Super easy to use and I've already had my first sale. It took me less than an hour to upload a design I had on hand from a collection I had in 2016. I'm so happy to have found Gelato and I don't need to print a batch of tees for my brand!

The interface is super easy. The shirt design is seamless. I fricking love the app. It's helped my business really blossom. I'm approaching 100 completed product designs and counting. If you're looking to start dop shipping, these guys are excellent partners.

Werkelijk naadloze integratie, je past iets aan in Gelato dashboard en meteen effectief in Shopify omgeving. Installeren ook eenvoudig.

Finding the limitations of sizing designs is not very competitive to other sources. The 150 DPI is making the design to small. The DTG is falling short of the expected color.

Great experience with a few minor mishaps. The very first sample I ordered was amazing quality, but I have not gotten that same garment type since, despite using the same exact template (I only changed the logo/branding). Still- the print & embroidery quality is top notch. I also ordered a non-zip hoodie sample, but was sent a zip instead, which they quickly resent. I mention this because I fear it may happen with my customers once we launch - so it's something to keep in mind. Thankfully its a very seamless resolution process. Overall, this is one of the better print on demand companies I've used from a print quality perspective
