Overall I am happy with Gelato and I haven't even explored all the apps yet. I was also impressed by the quick response to a printing mistake that was made and the customer really felt like they were respected and happy in the end of the fulfillment process. They are not perfect but pretty damn close! They do take full responsibility for their errors and that puts my mind at ease.

I'll recommend it because it is easy to use, intuitive, fast, reliable... Points than I ll love to see in future dev. Ability to set order on paramters like size, color, etc... Ability to have product creation batch using multiple templates and simplified parameters (picture, title,tags..) being applied when updated to all product created in the batch. for example if I create an aluminum print, a wood print, a paper print it will be nice using templates setting as a base to be able to give once for all product the picture, title and tags... Otherwhise big thanks to your team !

Probably is the best Print on Demand supplier. Production and shipping time were super fast, customer service was excellent and speedy, and their print and embroidery quality are top-tier. Don't hesitate to start your brand with Gelato and start your sample order. You will not regret working with them.

The product set up is easy and integrates well into Shopify, especially the size table that gave me headaches with competitors (iykyk) shows up perfect and is theme and mobile responsive. The biggest plus I experienced is that the customer service through live chat was super quick and helpful even on my free account.

Giving this App a one-star rating. Why? The app appeared in my Shopify Embed Apps. When I did a test product, the left gallery on the product page had an ugly window pane scroll. I switched off the Gelato App and the ugly scroll disappeared. I contacted support (Emilia) 2 weeks ago and she couldn't explain what was wrong but said the problem would be escalated to tech. 2 weeks later no contact from any support so I wrote another email to support. Nothing. Today (28th June I went online to try to contact support again. Said under 2 minutes. I was still hanging on after 15. Maybe this Shopify feedback page for Gelato is monitored more. So forced to come here and complain. Support rating -5.
