CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS GOOD, IF THERE ARE ANY PRODUCTS THAT IS OUT OF STOCK SHOULD FIX THAT, BECAUSE I'LL HAVE MY CUSTOMERS WONDERING WHERE THE ITEMS ARE, THEN OUT OF NOWHERE YOU GUYS SAY, OH THAT'S OUT OF STOCK, WHEN IT SHOULD'VE BEEN MITIGATED EARLIER. THE SERVICE IS GOOD THOUGH. NOT GOING TO DOWNGRADE THE COMPANY FOR SOMETHING SO LITTLE.

Super easy to handle, the dashboard gives a clear oversight. I work with Gelato now for two days and I like that I can add the designs in bulk (but not the Label - inner neck?), the price editor with the shipping cost, very practical. It has a AI Mockup image creator and the images are very good, and an AI editor for title and description. I decided to work with Gelato, because it is based in Germany for me as a European based store a pluspoint. Let's see how it works further.

Het was even uitzoeken maar zeer eenvoudig om mee te werken. Goed kijken en dan je ontwerp maken. Prijsbepaling is ook goed te doen. Ik ga hier voor ik maak wel als eerste gebruik van het gratis abonnement.

This is my first year working with Gelato, and it has been an absolute disaster. Despite paying for a membership that is far from cheap almost $240 per year, the service quality has been completely unacceptable. Even though I placed many orders before their advertised Christmas cut-off date of December 15, a large number of orders from as early as December 8 have still not been printed or shipped at all. When I contacted support and opened multiple cases, the only response I received was essentially. You can NOT talk to real people, they have auto respond Ai agent that auto copy and paste everything you ask. “There is nothing we can do. If it does not arrive by December 24 or December 26, contact us again.” That is not customer support. That is avoiding responsibility. For a platform that charges a premium membership fee, this level of operational failure is inexcusable. they do not have any in-house printing facilities so they are unable control anything. TRASH If you cannot keep up with holiday demand, DO NOT accept Christmas orders. If you cannot fulfill orders on time, DO NOT advertise a December 15 cut-off date. Because of Gelato’s failure, my business reputation has been damaged, my customers are angry, and I am forced to deal with refunds and complaints for issues entirely outside my control. This experience has been misleading, unprofessional, and costly. I would strongly warn any seller who depends on reliable fulfillment, especially during peak seasons, to think twice before trusting Gelato. Now i have almost 50 orders that will not deliver by Christmas, have to eat up all cost to refund to my customers and get negative reviews. They refunded 1 order as a courtesy back to GELATO wallet to be used for the next order which I will not use. Going to open charge back will my bank.

The print quality is very low. Some products have smudged ink, and it's clear they will wear out after just a few washes. It took a long time to arrive, and I imagined that for the price, the product would be much higher quality. I can't offer this level of quality to my customers. High cost, slow delivery, and poor quality.
