CAUTION - Gelato automatically imports all current products from your store and syncs also all orders from different suppliers "as a feature". You have to deselect the option manually to import orders and you currently cannot deselect the import of all products. I cirrently have 2 gelato products and 80+ products from other suppliers, which are not the business of gelato. In times of data protection, this must be an opt-in feature to be selected with full awareness - at least an option which can be deselected... btw, the onboarding is also quite complicated and orders will NOT be fulfilled automatically from the scratch. So, I lost a big opportunity :-(

I use the Gelato app daily, as my sole POD dropshipper for both my Etsy store and my Shopify dot com. I think Gelato is excellent: it works quickly, smoothly, effectively, and efficiently; I've had zero interest in looking into any other service. The mobile app is great, in some cases quicker and more effective than the desktop app (in approving orders, for example). The role that Gelato has played in magnifying the reach and breadth of my side-hustle can't be over-stated: it opened up the entire world to my products, substantially deepened my product line into frames, canvas, mugs, and t-shirts, and I regularly get compliments from many of my customers (some of whom are in far-flung locations like Perth, Australia) at how fast the service is, and how thorough the packaging is (a reflection on how Gelato chooses its international partners). My customer dissatisfaction rate is about 2%, but my satisfaction rate with how my dissatisfied customer issues have been addressed and resolved is 100%. Customer service reaction time is extremely quick, and clearly devoted to over-delivering solutions. Naturally the numbers have to make sense for your business, but I'm a Gelato Gold+ subscriber and that continues to stand as the easily the best ROI I've seen - absolute no-brainer. I recommend it without reservation.

I have to admit that I was a bit reluctant, but it is simple and works wonders. I miss more products and variations, but for some basic stuff, it is perfect!

Having major issues with product availability and how to track availability. I chose Gelato to supply art prints for my store but found that many of the products are out of stock after I spent a long time creating them. There is no indication of stock levels or when products will be back in stock again. Support is poor, the agent is never available because of technical problems and no way of finding out if the products are out of stock and when they will be available again, or if they are in fact discontinued. Why have them in the product catalogue if they are discontinued or unavailable? , as it's very time-consuming to upload products in the first place. Seriously thinking of changing suppliers and starting all over again. Need support!

I ordered a metal print of one of my paintings as a test. I was shocked at the incredibly low quality. Colors were very dull. My greatest fear is that someone would order this product. Fortunately I’m just getting started and no one has placed an order. I have to assume all the other product of similar quality. Unfortunately I had to removed the app.
