Gelato - Customer support at it's best! I really never experienced any help like I got from Gelato! The support team is REALLY listening to you and they do their absolute BEST to help you with your problem AND also listen to you when you speak about improvements they could implement! Gelato is a great app! I've been really impressed with how easy this app is to use. I have also purchased products and the quality is great, delivery times are as promised. I cannot fault this app or company. Absolutely love it and would recommend to anyone looking to start POD. You will not be disappointed.

Gelato has been great for me so far. Especially their customer service. I've used other Print on demand companies and their customer service is no way near as good as Gelato's is. I'd like more variety. If Gelato added hats & beanies I wouldn't have any need for the other print on demand companies I currently use. Overall great service and great company.

Super easy user interface and some of the best customer support I've ever experienced. I've had a bunch of difficulties getting the print colours right, but I think this was mostly due to oversights on my part. A few things that would make these 5 stars shine even brighter would be: The possibility to upload PDF ready prints for posters instead of having to use their own product designer tool (fewer steps, fewer potential mistakes). I'm currently using a workaround to achieve this. Better mockups! I'm on Gelato Gold and must say that the mockups are more a Bronze kinda' deal, so I'm using Freepik premium mockups to achieve high quality. The possibility to allow customers to choose shipping partners based on their preferences. Not exactly sure if you'd need a Shopify Plus account to achieve this, but in any case it's trust building and should be possible. A final ask.. would be more automation on the shipping and invoices part. I'd like to be kept up to date regarding delays and have invoices automagically sent to my billing system (could be as easy as forwarding to an email). Anyway! All in all this is my first exposure to a print on demand service and I'm quite impressed with the tech, team and integration. Cheers

Update Update... Thy seem to listen and take things serious. It might not be they implement new things right away, but things do take time and some things can not be done overnight. Since the last review, they have upped there game and there support is still really good, as its always been. I have not had any issues in a good while with quality, actually the quality seems to be really good again. Shipping time is okay, I would love it to be faster, but who wouldnt? Atm. the shipping time looks more than reasonable. The Pricing is good, and in most/many cases better than competion. The gelato app/system has gotten faster and much better. though still room for improvement. But overall its good. What I like is there respon on new ideas and that they actually want you to succed as a business. They wont do the hard work for you, but they do want to help as much as they can. And also it does seem that they do take it serious that the print companies they partned with has to live up to some high standards. The ones that in the past made som real bad things etc. I dont get them anymore (maybe the are kciked out again? Again, it does seem they do want to learn from there mistakes and make it right and better. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Once good but not now!! where to start... Gelato has many good ideas. But Quality in many cases are not that good sadly. Seen better for sure, but its still in the range of okay When i first started out, i changed from printful, as there prices was starting to get to high (only problem I had really) and Gelato seemed okay on there prices and did offer an okay product range. The first orders I had, no issues, thoug not the fastest shipping. Now every order is made, and tracking number is made, the products sits for 1-2 weeks before it get shipped... WTF and thats not normal at all, make the product and ship it. Its not that hard at all And dont give me the crap about uh peak times. If you cant handle peak times, maybe just stop what your doing. You should for sure look into some of your printers, alot of them are NOT up to standard. The Support has always been really good. Now it all depends what agent you get. Some agents are simply put, just lazy, dont know what they are doing/talking about. So support is a question of luck to recieve good or bad support Its all good you sometimes reimburst orders thats not made, but that doesnt help against loosing customers in our end. I can sadly NOT at all recommend Gelato in current state I will most likely go back to printful or begin to make most products myself (As I do have a B2B print company)
