Gem pages has made building and editing my Shopify store so much easier. I love the ready to use templates, but can also be creative and build my own pages. The best part is the quick response from their team - I just put my questions or problems into the chat. They always get back to me really quickly hand walk me through the process with any help that I need.

Good for starting to work on your shop, but after some time you realize the very limited functionality for a fairly high price.

I had a really bad experience with GemPages. Because of issues on my landing page, I had to contact support multiple times. They asked for access to my store, and I trusted them and gave it. After that, things got worse. Their technical team somehow changed my product page without my permission. For about 4 hours, my live product page was completely different and broken while my ads were running. This caused me to lose money and also hurt my customers’ trust. On top of that, they were very slow in fixing the actual problem I contacted them for. The page loading issues are still not properly resolved. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed. This didn’t just waste my time — it actually cost me money. I would not recommend using this app.

I've tried out a lot of Shopify Apps and the customer service for GemPages is amazing. Super fast and helped me troubleshoot quickly. Shout out to Sinclair and Sanskar for being so helpful.
