The customer support from GemPages is absolutely amazing! We are using GemPages for our product pages and the support we've received while designing our product pages has been incredible. Highly recommend using GemPages!

So far so good with the website editor, only downside is lack of a photo editor that you can use after uploading an image to make minor changes or crops to fit certain elements. Responsive editor is very good but I find that its challenging and time consuming to use for various phone sizes and ensure that it works correctly without having to edit each phone size. The best thing about gem pages is customer support, they respond so quickly to any query and fix any issues I have so quickly.

Great all around app. Much more extensive builder than the built-in shopify tools. I've had nothing but a great experience with their support team when integration issues have occurred. I've yet to find a problem they couldn't fix. Very satisfied.

The app itself is useful for smaller teams on a single site. Due to its complexity and lots of functionality, it can slightly malfunction from time to time... however the support team is stellar and will go above and beyond to get you taken care of.

Gempages opens up so many more options for product pages, blog articles, and landing pages. My store pages look better and provide more and better formatted information than the standard Shopify default product pages can. I have 3 x shopify stores and use Gempages for all of them. Great support as well.
