This is my first time to use GemPages, and the result surprised me very much. I have been using pagefiy before. Compared with pagefiy, I prefer GemPages, because GemPages are easier to operate, have good interaction, solve problems in a timely manner, and the staff are very professional. I will continue to use GemPages

I've been a paying customer for about two months and waited until I got a good sense of Gempages' support before I wrote anything. I was a little skeptical of all these good reviews but the support/dev team has been nothing short of amazing. It's like their on my team, literally. Anything I needed help with-- including custom work-- they didn't hesitate to provide and, quickly (even with my asian time zone). They deserve all the praise they've gotten. Upgrade, it's worth it.

Working with GemPages has been an upgrade to using only the Shopify editor. I recently reached out to the help team, and I was able to resolve my problem in 5 minutes that included updated coding and a video on how to make the changes.

Absolutely terrible experience. So many times we've run into GemPages limitations and errors—it's beyond frustrating. Publishing errors, progress not saving, and losing work are constant issues. I strongly recommend anyone considering starting with GemPages to avoid it at all costs if you value your time and sanity. Their live chat support is utterly useless—like paying $1 a day for a VA with zero knowledge. They simply listen to your problems and pass them on to a "higher team," which takes an average of 3 days to reply. My website can't afford to be broken for 3 days—it’s just not worth the money lost on GemPages.
