どんどん使えばお得なアプリ。 感覚的にページデザインができるので、私のようなコード編集ができない人にとってはとても助かります。 今の所、日本語対応していませんが、FAQページは自動的に日本語に翻訳されるようになっていて、とても効率は良いです。（ただまぁ、ちょっと自然な日本人によるガイダンスが欲しいところではある。でもShopifyのヘルプより読みやすい。） サポートのメンバーはメッセージを日本語で送っても翻訳して英語で送っても、とても親切に答えてくれます。もっと日本人ユーザーの解説動画が増えれば、嬉しいですね。

Annie was of extreme help to me , she stayed on chat with me to help me trouble shoot all my tech issues and she also taught me how to correct things myself . I was almost going to give up and switch to a different third party app but because of Annie I will be keeping Gempages . She was truly extremely helpful . thank yo so much Annie for fixing all the issues I couldn't fix .

Not only is GemPages an amazing application, their development and support staff are top-notch. The GP development team continually improves the product to keep up with Shopify's most recent updates. The GP support staff is responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are equipped to handle your questions or provide a quick fix. As a former Shogun user, we prefer GemPages ease of use, protection of content, and high-quality customer service.

Other ratings here are about how good something works, and indeed GemPages does a good job. But what really matters to me is also what happens when something doesn‘t work. Here, the custumer support really comes to shine. In a really friendly manner you can be sure that your problem will be solved.

Une utilisation relativement simple qui ne nécessite pas de formation en code. Une personnalisation de toutes les pages assez poussé. Un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Surtout une équipe d'assistance très réactive et compétente.

I've really enjoyed using gem pages. It has made making my website super easy. The builder is pretty intuitive and easy to use, and I preferred theirs over a couple others I've tried. Plus, it's really easy to create section templates so I can drag and drop my own already configured preferences. I did have a few issues with my theme clashing with the CSS starting out, but they resolved my issues really quickly, and now I have a wonderful working site that I was able to make myself. I'm so glad their support is quick and responsive!

Top Customer Service. Jumping in to help you solve any problems you might face with using the app. Sometimes there are bugs that are not even caused by gempage and they still trying to find a solution with you. Quickly accessable via a chat while you "coding". Can't say a thing for page speed etc. but the building eperience so far has been good!

Guys ... this is the real deal! never left an app review after 6 years on shopify, but this one is a 10/10 very comprehensive set of functions, sleek pages, tech support was on live chat and actually helpful! they sort it out rather than passing you to email ticket support (shout out to Mona:) and they're onto something with the ai page builder tools that need a little bit of tweaking but definitely gave me some good head starts. My only suggestion would be to add a "layers" type field in the left tab of the editor. A few times i struggled to change small sections of background colours or margin sizes because the elements are sometimes tightly overlapped (section/row/product etc) and hard to figure out exactly what needed the edit. I figured it out, but took a little longer than I would have liked. An excellent page builder overall.
