This is a very powerful app with a lot of flexibility. For novices like me, there is a learning curve; but once you get there, you get there. The support (although there is sometimes a wait) is fantastic. I can't wait to see the finished product!

Was so done with the default page designs that Shopify had, am happy that Gempages allows me to design my store in my ideal. While I do not have too much coding experience, their team has been very patient in aiding me with ironing out bugs and issues I have with custom liquid coding. Their support has been very responsive and approachable, making my web building experience much more at ease!

Been using Gempages since around 1,5 years. It makes it easy for us to design beautiful pages about our brand, team and sourcing efforts. We also use it to design blog posts and easily insert video's and products. Especially the ease of adding a selection of products from a collection is great for selling in blog posts. We recently updated our theme and ran into some issues. Gempages support was very quick to help us and solve these. We're based in Asia, and often have longer waiting times for services that operate from a different time zone. With the 24/7 support we don't have these waiting times, and it's great to have any issues solved so fast.

I have been using gempages for my product page. I like this app and their service. I am very thankful to the customer support staff as well as the tech team at gempages for always prioritizing our concerns. They have helped me right away with my technical issues and have had them resolved in no time. I really appreciate their time and effort. Highly recommend gempages if you are looking to customize your store.

I've used this app for 2+ years. Best of its kind and the support team is amazing. Even when there are issues not related to the app itself, they try to help identify and provide solutions. Highly recommend. No need to try any other page builder than Gem Pages.

By far the best page builder on Shopify, period. I've had the best customer service ever, I had a complicated issue due to my store being heavily customized with custom code and in a couple of hours, they had a couple of people on the case and got the work done to meet my needs. Big thanks to Lara and the developers! Also, I would like to highlight how smooth this platform works, I say it's just as good as Elementor on WordPress. And on final note, unlimited pages like on many Wordpress page builders. Cheers!

I've been using GemPages for about 1 month and I like this app a lot. The drag and drop model is so easy. The support is AMAZING. I'm not a developer and I have a basic understanding of coding so being able to have support is important to me and the support team has helped me immensely. Highly Recommended!

the app is very easy to use. just drag and drop. I just came across a little issue that my Shopify pages are synced to this app and I accidentally deleted one. The team is very responsive and patient in helping me with restoring the pages. Many thanks.

Never in my life have I worked with an app with SO MANY BUGS! Texts come out of nowhere, if you undo a tiny change, it undoes the work of an entire day and if you try to pess CTRL+Y it doesn't work. Links don't work, if you edit the code (correctly) it won't let you adjust the font-sizes (WTF?!). I am spending more time with the assistance than building the pages. Going back soon to Pagefly

I have checked the issues and it appears that the issues happened when we had some unusual theme codes and it affected to our store design. Mona & our technical staff has added the scripts, and this is now fixed very quickly, could you please help us check and let us know how it goes?
