Application fantastique avec pleins de fonctionnalité très utiles. Elle permet vraiment de créer un site extrêment brander et unique. Il y a des pluggin pour toutes autres applications externe ce qui permet de lier très facilement les applications à son store. Le service client est extrêment compétent et très réactif. Autant ils vous redirigeront autant ils peuvent introduire du coding sur votre site. Je recommande vraiment !
I am relatively new when it comes to building, editing, and revising websites, so there was a bit of a learning curve to say the least. However, after almost a year in, I know enough to be dangerous--and that's just the tip of the iceberg. Their saving grace is their customer service, however. Super responsive, kind, and willing to get to the bottom of any issue (which with me, there's a lot-ugh). Sometimes it's not always the answer you were hoping for, but GemPage's staff and customer support are usually kind and understanding while not stopping until they find clarity. Good people (thx Kyle), good product, good music.
Best builder for Shopify, customer service is best from all apps that I use hands down. Highly recommend them over anyone else!

Very Good App, Very good customer service.
I had never made a landing page before. The templates are simple. Due to my lack of knowledge, I reached out to support several times. They were amazing to work with. They were so helpful and walking me through each step. It made it even simpler when I allowed them to be a collaborator and fix what they could do faster than I could. The icing on the cake was a text from them today asking how I was doing and if they could help me. Thank you again for all your support!

It keeps on crashing never saves my work and has tons of extremely irritating bugs and glitches.
I had a great experience using GemPages for my Shopify store. The support team was responsive and helpful in resolving my issue with linking the 'Buy Now' button to the product page. They guided me through the steps to integrate an 'Add to Cart' button within a product detail section, allowing my customers to stay on the main page without redirecting. The team was patient and provided useful screenshots and tutorials to help me troubleshoot. Overall, their support and the platform have been instrumental in improving the flow and functionality of my store. Highly recommend!

Great app so far and much more extensive than shopify editor. Way better than editing liquid files and templates. Excellent and friendly support too!
I have observed that the fixed background effect does not function on iOS devices when the design is created using GemPages. However, when implemented through the Shopify editor, the fixed background operates correctly across all devices. This suggests the issue lies with GemPages, not iOS limitations. Additionally, the customer support response has been dismissive, attributing the problem to iOS rather than acknowledging a potential flaw in GemPages. A more transparent acknowledgment of this issue and a non-gaslighting approach to resolving it would be appreciated.

I am not much of a coder or designer but Gempages makes my job easy for building quick ideas. I've run into a few issues over the years and support has always provided with a quick and simple solution in a timely manner.
