It has been a month since I installed the Gem Pages for building my custom e-commerce store and my experience has been superb, as they are helping in all aspects & fixing all my issues wherever I am stuck while creating it. Gem Pages team you guys are doing well, I hope we can see the same support in the future and help us with new features for building a better user experience and I definitely recommend Gem Pages to everyone who wants to build a custom website or a store with no code & even no need of technical knowledge.

If you want a beginner layout design, you can choose the gem page, but if you want a webpage with transition and animation, you must search for another web design platform. Gempage can't provide transitions and animation and does not support importing transitions from other web design platforms. In hook and crook you want transition then they provide other service which is paid. Means first you have to pay for gempage pro plan for enable there pro function and then buy another plan for animation and other things. This is not win-win situation in gempage and their customer. Waste of money.

Reasonably priced considering Sales Funnels and A/B testing are included - asking for a very reasonable 1% commission between 100 and 5K USD. Staff are incredibly responsive on the optimize plan! They will also code what you need in and rectify issues as quickly as possible. Tony was brilliant, he made me a high-priority the moment I said our product launch is this week. I gave it 5 stars on account of this - I do wish the builder was a bit more advanced and allowed you to work with divs as opposed to the elementor-style rows etc and a few extra elements wouldn't go amiss like in stock vs not, but it's in league with every major builder available for shopify and probably beyond in terms of remarkable customer service. I'm biased there as a more experienced designer. Thanks guys!

Non-programmer friendly and incredible support! I'm not a software developed. GemPage builder has made everything so easy to work with. Whenever I need to modify the website, I can make most of the changes on my own. If I run into any issues, their support is always there taking me through the process. Absolutely fantastic product.

GemPages has allowed me to fully display the vision I have for my brand and website. It's super-easy to use, and when I hit a snag and need help, they're always eager to ensure they've satisfied the concern or question.

I've been using GemPages Page Builder and overall, I'm quite pleased with it. The software is user-friendly and easy to navigate, which makes designing pages a breeze. There are a few minor bugs and usability issues here and there, but nothing that significantly hampers productivity. Of course, there's always room for improvement, and I hope to see some of these quirks ironed out in future updates. What really sets GemPages apart, though, is their customer service. The team is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. Special shoutout to Liam, who consistently goes above and beyond—I’d rate his service 5 stars!
