I made my first experience with building a website myself with GemPages. Gempages is clear but still gives many possibilities of own designs. I especially like the close and friendly contact to the support (Special thanks to Leo!).

While you may face the occasional glitch or hiccup, the customer service is always there to support you in whatever way they can. But most times it's beyond the usual customer service and they come up with a way to do something wonderful for your site. Highly recommend service.

Absolutely horrible. Ruined a lot of the coding in my shopify store that took me days to fix. Use Pagefly instead, its significantly better and easier to get the hang of. Plus the customer support responds very quickly.

Gempages is awesome! We initially used FlyPage, which was okay. When we transitioned to GemPages we saw a material difference in quality. Gempages is easy to use, quick, lots of features, really an all-round good experience. The support staff is on the ball! We had SEO code that we needed to embed into the site to optimize it. Within 24 hours the gempages team sorted it all out. (They responded quickly, alerted me as to what steps needed to be taken, requested permission to act and the same time the next day problem resolved). Really great app, great support, highly recommended.

The gempage website builder is the best I know because, in the end, it will have look like you paid 6000 € for that. That's not the only reason I choose gem page. It's...I am not a website expert... I struggle a lot... And I am absolute thankful, that I know, if I have a question....the support will be there and help me, with all my annoying questions. I would give the support 10 stars if I could and the app also.

Excellent customer service when you can reach them (time difference). They showed me how to fix things and made videos so I could learn myself. They also edited code for me to change some things as well. Takes some time and effort to play around with it to see how it looks (lots of tweaking etc) but once you get the hang of it it goes smoothly!

Loving Gem Pages so far. Customer support is excellent. Tom has written 40 lines of custom code for my store in order to add a new feature. The professional plan is worth it just for the customer support.
