We are using this app for our migration from ClickFunnels to Shopify. We are still figuring things out. The good thing is that the support team is really helpful and has a good response time. They are always doing their best to support us. I tried the other page builder app that is on the list of our top 5 based on research before choosing this app. This is absolutely the best. I really recommend GemPages. It has the best list of features that we can use and has more 3rd party app integration than the others. A big salute to all the people who are working with GemPages.

customer service did a great job due to the issues we had, and we got it fixed. They do even sent a video instruction so that I can follow step by step

it sucks so much.....I used to like it but now I regret using it. Customer services used to respond very fast but now they are always offline.... the main issue with gem pages is that your live page will not look the same with the page you edited. the spacing, the size...image spending a whole day making the website look good just to find out it all looks messed up on your phone and no matter what you do, it does not change. No one is responding. So you have to turn off your ads, Frustrating. Beyond disappointing. Recommend you just stick to a paid theme. Gem pages makes your page loading speed slow too. GUYS, this app has too many glitches. IF you don't want to waste hours of your time just to have stuff not working as the way you set it up, it is depressing.

One if not the best page builder out there!. I used the page builder for redesigning -and building up the whole store. The supporters especially Liam are incredible, friendly & had been helpful though the whole process. Thank you!

If I could, I would give 100 stars. The app functionality is beyond the question, it functions perfectly, but what knocked my socks off is the customer service. I was installing a thrid party app into the Gem Pages and because the app was updated the developers still haven't integrated it into Gem Pages so it couldn't function at all. Keep in mind that this was not Gem Pages fault or their job to fix but within 5 minutes of contacting them, they created a collaboration and edited code in my theme + added custom app settings so I can use the edited code on other product pages as well. In addition to that, so polite and friendly which makes me now a customer for life.

Great app. Increased my conversions by 35% using them. The support team is awesome and has always helped me solved my store's issues in the record time. Definitely recommend this app!

Great prompt support that is very knowledgeable! In my opinion the best looking drag and drop on Shopify, which makes it worth the extra cost

I used this app to help create my product page. I can say for sure that this probably is the best page builder out there. It's incredibly intuitive and kind to new-comers. Although there was a slight learning curve, once you get the hang of it, it's really easy to elevate the standard of your store to create exceptionally designed pages. 10/10 would recommend!

Easy to use. Great Team to help you if you have pb. This app have lot of specificities to make pretties and efficaces landing pages. Help to conversion. Perfect to have responsive page on each device: you can custom specifically for the desktop, tablet, laptop and mobile. thx GemPages ;)

Gempages is a great App, but most of all, the support team is very helpful. Cindy has helped us from the beginning to the launch of our new site www.weltonlondon.com She extended our free trial so we were able to finish smoothly. The team helped us to install custom font and advised on compatible App to translate the site (Langify) They also helped us sorting out an issue we had with a Add to cart button in a Carousel. Gempages is a fantastic App to get the best design. We had a lot of good reviews from our customers. thank you

Gem pages allows you to create very good looking pages, you can literally do whatever you want. The customer support is amazing too, very kind and helpful (thank you Bella). Highly recommend :)
