This app takes a tiny bit to catch the hang of, however, once you do, its game over. You can literally do anything with it, 10X better and more options than creating in the basic shopify themes. If you want your site to be able to reflect the feel of your brand, this is the web builder to use, I've used multiple and this one is far better than the rest. Highly recommend starting out with the middle of the road option so you get access to live chat support, unbelievably helpful. I was stuck waiting on coders and designers to help me do something on my site but with this web builder and their quick support response times I can just do it myself, implement and launch in minutes.
i really like gem pages app as there's bench of amazing features that will help you increase your conversion rate such as the ability to create beautiful landing pages and the thing that i like the most is the customer service performance the agent working in there helped me fix all the issues and bugs that I've faced so far and i would like to thank Morgen that helped me install clarity on Gempages and track all the customers movement .
Support is unmatched, always going above and beyond with any issue you encounter.
I've used a lot of page editors (like 4-5) but GemPages is my favourite. Even tho I'm not the best site builder, I've been able to create somewhat beatuful site :) I mean you can always improove right. And when ever I needed any help their support was always here for me even a 2AM. Which is much appriciated. The team is absolutely lovely especially Rachel and Tom!
I've been using GemPages for a few months and am very happy with it. I found it intuitive to learn, and it's capable of everything we need it for. I've had a couple of technical issues and the customer service was excellent and solutions were found quickly! All good with nothing bad to report from my experience.

Extremely satisfied with using GemPages. My website is getting so much better! When I reached out to support, I received prompt and knowledgeable assistance from Anthony. He even followed up the next day to ask if everything was going well. The responsiveness and expertise of the support team really stands out. I'm very pleased with my experience using GemPages and would highly recommend it to others.
Unfortunately, I spent hours working on a landing page for nothing. The AUTO save function and regular save function didn't work and the next day hours of work were for nothing. And the customer service is super incompetent. All they could tell me after hours was that the auto-save function worked and they couldn't help me. I will never use this software again.

Their customer service is unmatched. They always fix any issues that arise in a timely manner!
Gempages is my favorite because it is so easy to navigate even though they don't have features like the other page builders that I tried before. There is a chat on the bottom right of the page, and customer support will always help and be honest about what is going on. It was truly an amazing experience.
Customer service is extremely helpful and responsive; I just started using but already have a great looking page in the works thanks to their help!
Ummm WOW!? I have never in my 4 years using Shopify have made it a priority to come back and leave a review on an app. this was the easiest and most simple, helpful advancement to my website. I created a new and beautiful homepage within 15 minutes very easily. I am very impressed
Took me a little learning but Tony in Support was awesome and guided me through. The issue was user error :) Have now done 2 pages will update on improved conversions a little later.
