GemPages Landing Page Builder

This page builder works very well, is easy to use, and the customer service has been exceptional. They are fast to reply to messages, eager to help, and make sure any questions are handled completely.

From the outset, GemPages' user-friendly interface made creating and customizing Shopify pages much easier than using the native customizer (Impact). It offers plenty of features, however, I struggle to decrease the loading time of the landing page. I have no IT background and coding isn't an option for me. I have heard from here and there that GemPages isn't the fastest option on the market and I am not sure if I am going to stick with them in the long run. // The reason for me writing this review is their customer representative Mona. Her responsiveness and expertise were evident from the very first interaction. Not only did she promptly address my queries, but she also took the time to provide detailed explanations and step-by-step instructions to ensure that I fully understood the solutions. // What truly impressed me was Mona's willingness to go the extra mile. Whether it was troubleshooting a complex issue or providing personalized recommendations for optimizing my page, Mona consistently demonstrated a genuine commitment to helping me achieve my goals. Her patience, professionalism, and depth of knowledge are outstanding. // After communicating with many customer service agents in the past few months I can confidently say that Mona is the all-time-best so far!

Extremely powerful landing page app, very flexible and filled with templates if you struggle to get your designs from ground zero. Also, customer service is very rapid and can help you with complex problems (custom coding, etc...)

At first I was not very satisfied, because the support did not reply to me for a long time, but it turned out that they had holidays. The following days, support wrote me back immediately and they were even willing to customize things I needed. I have never experienced better support. Thank you so much whole team.

Gempages est sans doute la meilleure application de créateur de pages qui existe pour Shopify. Hyper simple à prendre en main, très intuitive. De plus, la nouvelle gestion des templates dynamiques apporte un vrai plus à la gestion quotidienne de ma boutique. Enfin, je terminerai par le service 5 étoiles du service après-vente. Un souci ? Un bug ? Un besoin spécifique ? L'équipe technique est hyper disponible et pleinement à votre écoute!

Never got the app to work.. reached out to support twice.. never responded to an email...

I am honestly incredibly pleased with not only this app, but their customer service. The app works very well with little issues. Any issue that comes up, their support is quick to resolve. 100% recommend.
