I am having to move from Bigcommerce to Shopify - a process which I was dreading! After establishing my coding really wasn't going to be up to it, I started looking at all the page builders. Some of them seemed fine, but I wasn't willing to pay a fortune to have multiple pages. We do ecommerce as well as lots of informative articles - and I really wanted to opportunity to 'spice up' my product pages too. Well, I tried them all, and no page builder was as cost effective as GemPages and quite frankly nowhere near as easy to use. It ticks all the boxes for me - I'm actually now enjoying the migration process as a chance to do some spring cleaning on my site. Although I initially planned to go for the cheaper plan, I signed up for the $29/mo plan as it is SO WORTH IT. Support is great too - I had one question and got a video response that answered it very quickly :). - Update after a few weeks of using Gempages. I am still very happy with it, and the customer service is EXCELLENT. Any questions they sort you out really quickly, and their friendly way of communicating is a breath of fresh air. Absolutely worth every penny and more.

We had a small issue on our shop's page and the support was great. We received a reply to our message a business day after, which is completely fine, and it was easy to learn how to fix our issue for future reference. Highly recommend.

Best App on Shopify probably. I am a professional designer who do not code. But in this project I tried Shopify for the first time and was worried at the beginning because Shopify's drag-and-drop is so poor. Gempages is what you want if you're gonna design it like Wixsite or Squarespace. The interface is very user-friendly and intuitive. You can implemented your design right away without having to learn anything new. The customer service is the best part of this app. Their staffs are so polite, responsive and strongly responsible. The can-do, can-solve attitude is reassuring. There are bugs and complications, but they never blame it on the user's side. They patiently explain what happened by screen caps, codes and videos in the way that is easy to understand. For first time Gempages user. There are a few things to keep in mind before you start using it. I hope Gempages' staff read this and take note to improve the app too. 1. The interface has a minor bug. When you edit the value of Space (Margin/Padding) of an element, they might bounced back and not showing changes at all. You can try switching working for Desktop/Laptop/Tablet/Mobile and reenter the value you want a few times to get it work. In other case just restart the app or your computer. This is frustrating when you use it for the first time. You won't understand what you did wrong. 2. The live-editing window doesn't always show exactly the design it's going to be shown in published page. Half of the time the design moves a bit up and down. You have to published regularly, see it for yourself and adjusted that by intuition. 3. You have 4 platform to customize on! :D And luckily Gempages make this very easy. The margin of an element in platforms can be individually edited. Great function. If you don't code and has a limited bracket of time to fix your website, and has quite a specific design you want to go for, I strongly suggest the 59USD/month plan. Their staff's priority support will speed you up by 50% percent if you properly explain your questions or even requests to add custom codes. You won't regret it.

I had a pressing issue and an unwavering support rep in Leo. Leo stuck with me and persisted including sending me screenshots and a loom video on how to exactly fix my problem. Awesome super fast support response time. Leo never left me hanging and saw through the fix.

Updated: This app is the cornerstone of my entire store. The support goes out of their way to even give you code snippets for advanced stuff. The support is amazing and always responsive. The quality of my websites are professional. You don't need a Click-Funnel app at all as this will do it all. Best App I use! My one main gripe, is that the editor gets slow, when editing for more than 15-minutes and has to be restarted. This is in all browsers, so I hope they address this. Just wanted to update my review to saying that this is the best customer support I ever experienced. They went over and beyond to help with coding!

First of all, the app is super easy to use and more powerful than some other similar product that I have used. In this app, there is a high degree of freedom in designing web pages. And I find it very useful to a merchant like us who already has a systematic website design that when creating a new page, we have to keep it looking good whilst being consistent with the whole. Besides the APP itself, live chat support is super responsive and helpful. When we ran into customization that we can pull out, Ken and the team helped us with the code issue and achieved the effect that we need. So, really good work there. Also I have a suggestion that when different elements are stacked and nested on top of each other, often the smaller elements inside will be hard to select and edit (because they are obscured). This is only a small problem, and I have found a solution. But if there can be some optimization, the app will definitely become better. In all it's a really great tool to help our store, it deserves a 5 stars.

I've been using GemPages for about two months now. This app is amazing! The pages are very customizable after you get the hang of it. The support team is very responsive. It will be great if the elements like lightbox for gallery images, product images vertical scroll, etc.

This app is a huge improvement over a similar one I've used in the past. The integrations are a huge plus for me as well, and the support has been very responsive as I've learned how to do everything. I'd definitely recommend it!

Very user-friendly and offers lots of functional elements to customise pages with; fairly basic but gets the job done. Ran into a problem with a module suddenly being 'too large' to publish and having to completely rebuild a page to solve it, bit of a pain. But any issues that have come up in the year or so we've been using it staff have been very quick to respond to, either offering solutions or fixing the problem themselves. Would recommend to anyone with no coding skills wanting an easy, no frills page builder and reliable support.
