It's so easy to use compared to others, and the customer service is great to work with and understands me perfectly even when it's hard to explain what I need help with LOL. Im super happy with this app. First of all, it makes the changes I'm used to, as a web developer, possible. When I asked Costumer service for help on a problem I just couldn't see myself, they responded straight away and helped me fix it in seconds. This makes Shopify actually fun for developers who don't like the native design platform Shopify offers. Totally worth it!

The app has a decent selection of templates but ended up not needing it. It is a little expensive so I would only recommend for businesses that will use it often.

Honestly, I am not a tech person but this app is AMAZING, and the customer service is truly everything. Every time I speak with someone, they are able to figure out exactly what is wrong and help. I also love that I learn so I can manage issues quickly myself moving forward. This app was recommended to me and it is such a great addition to your store. WELL worth it. Not a big fan of page builders typically - always better to build out your pages manually in my opinion. However, Gem Pages are great for people who need to produce landing pages and blog posts and they lack the technical knowledge to code these pages. It is easy to use and builds beautiful landing pages and blogs. So why 4 stars? I would have given it 4.5 if it was possible. The only negative I have with Gem pages is a lot of the code that does not follow best practices for SEO. While this would have been a non-starter for me, the Gem Pages service team is great for editing the changes that we see fit. They communicate well with you and have solved all my issues same day as requested. I have mostly dealt with Walter, but the rest of the team is great as well. 5-star customer service 4-star product

It's a powerful and flexible builder. Easy to use if you are familiar with any other similar front-end builders. Customer support is also on point. Only suggestion would be auto-save feature to help forgetful designers like myself. Other than that, it's pretty dang awesome!

I love having tools to make my stores look unique and have them perfectly optimized, Gempages provide tons of tools to make it happen! In my case, I like to think out of the box and try new things :) and I messed up a couple of times and every time I contacted support they helped very quickly! these guys know what they doing and doing it perfectly!

Fantastic app with an evergrowing list of elements and sections. We've tried 2/3 others and GemPages is hands down the best one. Fast page loads, expert customer service, and very easy user interface! Highly recommend Gempages!
