I am still getting used to this app that is a bit tricky at times as it is not getting along very well with my laptop, YET. BUT the absolute best part about Gempages is their customer service that is second to none! Especially Ken, Quinn and Bella who are always there for me to help me with my questions and my issues are always resolved. Best customer service out of all apps that I have used in Shopify! Thank you guys!!!

Fantastic app, it's so easy to use and doesn't need any prior coding experience. It integrates so well with your own theme and allows a lot of flexibility in terms of design. Fantastic support, they go out of their way to help.

Really impressed with this app - it has great functionality. Also it has a top notch support team who have responded to my many questions with positivity and a can-do attitude.

This app is supreme! The application is so customizable! You don’t need to be a genius to design your own site with GemPages. We have the freedom to do whatever we want, we are very particular how we want things to sit on our page, and it is so easy to move things around. Our customers love our website, we get compliments all the time, it wouldn’t look this good without GemPages. We love that other applications can be integrated with GemPages, it makes our site so much better. Customer Service is always right there for us anytime we have a question or do not know how to do something. Top Notch, thank you GemPages.

Really great app! Looks good, easy to use and great customer service, they have fixed all issue quickly providing clear instructions on how they did it. So far there's nothing we haven't been able to add / fix! Thanks very much Gem Pages!

Great Customer service! Had multiple roadblocks and was really stuck on some technical issues but the support team were able to point out the problem and guided us through the whole thing.

For everybody who doesn´t like to use a whole theme for their shop. It took me a while to understand how shopify, ecomsolid and gempages work together. But after learning that it was a pleasure to work with gempages. The support always helped me quickly, friendly and competent...

Absolutely amazing. I did struggle a little bit to get the hang of it, however the app itself is made so thoughtfully and so easy to use. And if you are struggling, you just reach out then the staff members will take care of it ASAP. Marc helped me for the last problem I had- so quick and job done so perfectly! Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Tom when I had some trouble upgrading my plan and connecting another store to my account. He performed a very good service and was very helpful. I have nothing to complain about - it was a five star service.

I made my first experience with building a website myself with GemPages. Gempages is clear but still gives many possibilities of own designs. I especially like the close and friendly contact to the support (Special thanks to Leo!).

Excellent app and excellent assistance, they work very well! I asked for a problem and they have answered me at moment

Excellent customer service when you can reach them (time difference). They showed me how to fix things and made videos so I could learn myself. They also edited code for me to change some things as well. Takes some time and effort to play around with it to see how it looks (lots of tweaking etc) but once you get the hang of it it goes smoothly!
