The response time on their support team is honestly the best I've seen. Very in-depth explanations and guidance with helping you build what you need to build. The app itself is simple and easy to use and has a great interface. 10/10 recommend

It is really shitty that this app has no discernible way to cancel. It's not a function of the app, it's not in FAQs, you can't even google it. Unacceptable, especially after they went down and no one answered me for days.

Very good!!, easy to use and customer service respond very fast. However to get the fifth star, I would prefer a screen shot which show step by step how can I resolve my problems. But it is still very good

GemPages itself usually works fine, but customer support times are very bad! On friday, you will get the message that they return on monday. So if you have a huge bug or problem, you have to find a workaround or live with the bug for 4 days (which is a lifetime in ecommerce)! Moreover, BEWARE OF THEIR ECOMSOLID THEME!! The theme is FULL of bugs. For instance, it did not work to show the sales price correctly in one of their templates. Then they fixed it (took 2 days), but the fix was still wrong (now it also showed the sale price badge, even if it was not on sale...). Another example: on the product page, i installed the addon to show the stamped-reviews. However, suddenly the reviews also show on the homepage. I double-checked, the addon is not installed on the homepage. And since it's friday today, I will have to wait 4 days (!) to get an answer and have them start fixing their own bug. These are only examples, I had to open multiple tickets only due to bugs in the last 1-2 weeks.

I'd spent many frustrating hours trying to make my pages look right on multiple devices, and this is the first time ever that I was able to do this using this app without any coding. It requires a little bit of learning in the beginning, but it is much more intuitive than many theme designers. If you get stuck, No sweat, Cindy and other top notch support team are close at hand to guide your way. I used to have to wait several days just to get a simple question answered. Thank you Cindy !

This app is great for page design and will help your store look amazing! It has tons of features that are easy to use but it will still take some time to learn all the features like anything! Great customer service too!

I've been using the app for a while. What could I say... To be 100% transparent I'm giving it a try for the second time. For the first time, I was not able to comprehend the full potential of the app because I was a bit unfamiliar with the interface. But after investing tons of hours into the research of other options, I came to a conclusion, that GemPage definitely worth learning. If there is anything to learn per see... It appeared to be much simpler than I thought. OMG, the flexibility the app provides - it trumps any paid theme out there. But that is not as cool as their support team. It turned out there was a minor conflict with my crazy expensive paid theme (which I do not need it now, hahaha). Their support has connected into my store and fixed it within a few minutes. That was a WOW factor. Guys, you have 10 days for free to try. Just give it a try!

Having a really hard time with page load speeds. I have done everything possible with reducing image files sizes and having both mobile and desktop versions. Removed all JS and other apps. But this I cannot get any of these gem pages to speed up. It takes longer to load than my native theme. This is so embarrassing, I feel sorry for my customers and not getting any help from support. Looks like I will be removing this app.

I have been using GemPages for about a year now and I am beyond frustrated. Our Gempage load time is Over 20 seconds per page. All images optimized. The more pages we made the slower our site became and it wasn't until it was too late that we found the issue. I wish I could post the screenshot of our page load waterfall. Take 8 seconds for gem pages to load, Before... any other script will load. Support was no help at all. In fact they tried to say it wasn't gem pages fault when they could clearly see the 8 seconds of GemPages as #1 load. Still they try to blame JS and 3rd party apps. This is not the case and it is clear to anyone. Use this app if you only need to create one or two pages. Not if you are creating more. Let me explain how bad this is. When I try to search for a file in the theme directory, the page crashes. Gem pages create a system that every page you create will be a new page template file within your theme directory. We we have hundreds of pages and it is has completely crippled our website. But, gempages does not care.

I used the app to create my website and it works very very. I really loved the flexibility provided to create high converting landing pages. The support is really amazing incase you need. I would definitely recommend it if you are new user. Thanks
