Absolutely fantastic customer service and tech support. It's a pretty straightforward app. Only needed help with a few things. I don't know much about graphic design so I would highly recommend this for people at all levels of design expertise.

I enjoyed the flexibility in designing a landing page but it was slow sometimes and often got stuck.

The app is simple to use and we have received seen an incredible response time from the Customer Service Chat and they've solved our problems in real-time. so far i like this app. it gives much control of my web content. I am not a developer so this app makes my life soooo much better. tech support is awesome as well. ran into something i couldn't figure out and Wahab from tech support helped me out promptly and efficiently. i recommend this app.

Gempages truly has world-class customer service. Kent was a great support as I set up my store and needed help with some of the more complex features. Can't recommend this app enough.

This is a similar version to elementor but for shopify. Anyone who's used Elementor knows how good it is. This is very similar and easy to use. 5 stars as it's given me the ability to create an amazing looking store. Thank you guys.

Excellent app. It features a very easy to use drag and drop interface. They have great templates to help you get started. They also have great customer service. Mona helped me with several issues I had on my page, and resolved every one of them. Highly recommended.

I have been using this app for over a year and so far so good. There will be things that may (or may not, depending on your needs) need some tech support, but their team helps fix virtually any issue you may have and I couldn't recommend it enough. Yes, there are other page editors out there that may work just as fine, but GemPages support is what makes it for me.

The customer service is outstanding. They helped me solve an issue that wasn't even part of their app. It's great to know I can ask for help from them when I need it.
