GemPages Landing Page Builder

Absolutely satisfied with this app. When Im having issues or needs help on something, gempages support team is is very helpful and responds immediately. Highly recommended app, easy to use.

Very easy to use. Have been using for years and almost never had issues. The one time I did support fixed my issue very quickly.

Best ROI on any Shopify App out there. It lets you customize your entire storefront easily, without having to rely on a developer. The default elements and templates are a great inspiration for design alternatives. GemPages has the best customer support I have ever seen. Whenever we needed some custom solutions or bug fixes the customer support team and the developers took care of it within minutes and delivered professional results. The impact of GemPages on our Conversion Rate and Revenue is unmatched.

AMAZING APP. You will not regret it. Super easy to use, such great value. The support team is exceptional. Really helpful - I spoke to Lara, and she was super knowledgeable and solved the issue straight away.

Morgen is the best, she was able to solve my problem immediately. She never gives up, she's very kind and it's always a pleasure to work with people like her.

Incredible customer support. The built in functionality is very thorough and excellent but the customer support and willingness to tweak and refine is among the best service I've ever seen. So grateful for them!

There's way more flexibility editing in Gem Pages than in other builders we've used. It's nice to be able to get the site looking exactly how we want it. Customer service is professional and personable. Definitely recommend.

I had a problem loading it and your people were able to solve the problem and I am now ready to start working with your program. Thanks for your help. Jen

Super easy to use and phenomenal customer service. I no longer need developers to help. Highly recommend!!

Great app, very user friendly and I am constantly finding new features or ways to use it. Support is terrific as well. Needed help twice with questions or issues I created so far and both times I received quick and accurate assistance with my website. Would highly recommend!

Great support, solved our problem pretty fast, we have been using this app for almost a year now. we love it!

We've been using this app for over a year. When we have questions they have been incredibly responsive and solved the issue. Product works great and is very flexible.

Great and abundant design features, easy to use and navigate, but otherwise pretty dysfunctional. Glitches often, isn't easily made compatible in all device versions, therefore making you go through loops to make everything perfect on all devices. Some things will stop working after they've been published for some time, such as buttons and links. Worst part of all: Their support team, or lack thereof. Sometimes emergencies occur and you need immediate assistance, but they are hardly available and generally not helpful. Responses take a long time. Typically if you're running a trafficked website and a problem arrises, you need help pretty quickly. Gem Pages doesn't seem to understand this. This has caused us issues many times. For example, one of our product pages has completely stopped working, which is a huge issue as an e-commerce store. Went to contact support (which is only available through a live chat) and got a message saying that they are on vacation for the next 7 days. You simply cannot operate like this when you're supporting the websites of service providers and e-commerces. Nonetheless, our custom-coded website is near complete and we absolutely cannot wait to never have to deal with Gempages again.

No landing page builder is perfect. That's because we all come to them with different levels of expertise. So what's important is to have an excellent support team. And GemPages support is great.

The service is very good, very quick help with problems. Thank you you are the best, Thank you from Germany

It's an awesome apps, I was using shogun page before. And this is MUCH MORE POWERFUL and MORE FLEXIBLE and MORE EASY , and you can't believe that IT IS AT A LOWER PRICE. It's just too good to be true, but it happens.

Fantastic app - really well done and also the support team has been amazing, could not ask for better!! thank you!! also the support is TOP SHELF and 1000% a top reason to sign up for this app!!!

The gempages team are amazing, very good support ! The app is super easy to use and can get you lightning-fast pages

Gem pages have been a huge help for me getting used to website design for my eCommerce business. A must for any small business.

Great app for designing pages with much more control than the default Shopify page builder. Coming from a background in WordPress, this app is similar to page builders such as Elementor. One note/item to be aware of: When using GemPages for your product pages, you may run into some issues with adding additional functionality to the product page. For example, we added a Klaviyo back in stock button to our code, but with the GemPages product layout, the "notify me" button does not appear in the correct place. Overall, a good app for designing additional pages on your website, but I would recommend using default shopify page design for products if you intend to add functionality to those pages. Fantastic customer service, too!
