It's the best app. Although there was a problem with compatibility with the theme I used. They did their best to solve all the problems quickly.

Great platform - very easy to make great looking pages. Could be some improvements surrounding making it easier to get each form factor looking good, but nothing's perfect! The support team is great - extremely helpful, have been fairly quick in response times and have always helped me resolve any issues that have popped up or questions I've had. Highly recommend!

Really flexible design options. Offers plenty of tools (from simple buttons to pop-ups, accordions, dynamic product lists, etc.) to make a wide range of UI designs. Great customer service.

Good app, Only negative thing is that building large pages with many product slows the page, but Shopify problem.

I used this app to help me to customize the product page. It works great. I can customize the content as I need. Also, the support service is awesome. They help me to fix the problem efficiently.

I had the app active for 2 days. As i was on another project at the same time i realized i rushed too much to activate it and reached out the Gempages support to ask if i can stop it and keep the rest of the trial. I received positive answer that i won't loose the rest and i can come back to the app whenever i'm ready. I deactivated the app after this email on the 2nd day of using it. A week later i received an email stating my trial has expired, when i actually had not used it and for already 4 days i keep writing to their support but nobody cares to reply back!!! Updating my review, as i was contacted by the support and given a good proposition/solution. Will be able to evaluate the service itself, once i start using it.

Makes it much easier to customize home, product, or any page for that matter. No easy way to do this natively. This app is very much needed for anything custom. And support is super helpful with any customizations too.

After spending a whole day redesigning my main product page, I finally hit publish and threw my hands in the air! I then tested the product and OH NO, it just refreshed the page rather than go to cart. I quickly got online to Gem and Cindy responded about 10 minutes later and guided me through what I had done wrong (choose button over product) and within minutes I was already to roll again, re hit publish and Hello Customers!!!! Thanks Gem, really enjoying this valuable app.

The app is already an amazing site builder, but what puts it over the top is the customer support. The ability to write in the chat box within the app & receive help on the spot. That's the winning factor for me
