The support always solve my problem. The app is amazing, you can design every page how you want. It's unlimited! Quite expensive for a starter business but it allows to optimize my store. I recommend this app which is easy to use!

Fairly easy to use, easy to make wide variety of web pages. A few glitches but customer service is always very responsive which is appreciated. Hope it continues to improve and grow. Will continue using it when for a quick and clean webpage.

The app itself is easy to use and intuitive. They are always adding new features so customisations. As for the customer service, they will fix any issues quickly and efficiently. They will also work with our third party apps to create a seamless integration. Would definitely recommend.

Love GemPages. Super easy to use and we have it on multiple stores so the copy page to another store function saves us so much time. Love that you're able to whip up a great looking page that you would otherwise have to pay a developer to do for you. Support has been super responsive and helpful too. Definitely recommend.

I've been using this app for a week now and have completely updated my site with it. The interface is so simple I picked it up in a day or two. I have modified every page on my store with ease and cannot believe I was using another page builder that is touted as the best but falls far short of GemPages. I have required support along the way and I can tell you these guys are #1. They answer every chat promptly and attend to every question. They have also helped me with some HTML code. Well done Team Success! Well done GemPages! I highly recommend GemPages!

Easy to use page builder that made my store look 1000 times cleaner and more response. You can customize it to make it look exactly how you imagine it and you do not need to pay thousands of dollars for a developer. If you are stuck, their customer service is really helpful as well

UPDATE - after I posted a negative review, a support rep named Janie came to the rescue and was able to fix the problem in 5 minutes. If you are running into an issue, I recommend you ask for her directly in order to save time and sanity. ----- ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE OF AN APP. Spent two whole days working on a page, only to get a red "internal server error" popup when I hit the Publish button. Contacted support thinking this would be fixed, 3 days later I feel like blowing my brains out. The whole conversation is completely absurd, it’s like talking to a prototype robot from the 80’s (except they have a korean idol as their avatar). I think I’m being pranked, it’s the only explanation that makes sense. It doesn’t seem like they are even looking into this bug, so not only did I lose 2 days of work, I also have been losing my mind trying to properly communicate with them, only to get zero help & zero answer as to why this is happening or how to get the friggin page finally published.

We used this app to create Sale & Giveaway Landing Pages. The functionality of the app is very straightforward and easily customized. Whenever we had questions about "How to do smth?" a friendly support team quickly replied and even created screen videos to show us how to set up custom fields & etc. We highly recommend using GemPages for your online store!

I wanted to wait at least a few days before I added a review. I've used several other page builders and this one is better than all of them. I'm very impressed by the amount of thought that went into this and how easy it is to use!

I have used this app to create lots of ad-hoc pages, landing pages and other types of content. It's a great editor for visual users and can quickly create and mockup pages. The Save and Publish features are great for making changes in advance (save) then can simply Publish later (though being able to schedule these would be advantageous). I would also like to commend the prompt response to my recent issues with the Google Maps and Button. The customer service was great. Very much recommended.
