GemPages has been a great tool for customizing sections across my Shopify store without having to start from scratch every time. I had a specific use case where I wanted to add a GemPages theme section across multiple product templates without affecting the layout of each individual product page. Dzung from the support team was incredibly helpful in walking me through the setup step by step and clearly explaining how to create separate Shopify product templates and apply the section without defaulting everything back to one layout. Support was fast, clear, and stayed with me until everything was properly implemented. If you’re looking for flexibility in design and reliable customer service, this is a solid solution.

In comparison with PageFly Gempages is a different class. Anything that you need doing the customer services is second to none and put in maximum effort on all requests. Brilliant

GemPages has been fantastic for creating better performing product pages and collection pages. I haven't gotten around to landing pages yet but will soon. Of course, I ran into some problems that I could not figure out and contacted support to help me out with these issues. They are quick to reply and always present a good solution. Highly recommended.

So far, exceptional service, and overall you can do around 80% of what you could ever want. There are a few things where you think why isn't this an option, but some have creative fixes, some don't. The best thing about Gem is the support, by far and away the best web-builder support I've had and that makes for 50% of the experience.
