I'm a free tier user yet because I'm testing the tool. The experience has been amazing. I had a conflict between GemPages and my shopify theme and the support solved it very fast.

Extremely satisfied with using GemPages. My website is getting so much better! When I reached out to support, I received prompt and knowledgeable assistance from Anthony. He even followed up the next day to ask if everything was going well. The responsiveness and expertise of the support team really stands out. I'm very pleased with my experience using GemPages and would highly recommend it to others.

GemPages has been a real gem in building my new Shopify store! It's so easy to use and has all I need. Also, their team has excellent dedicated customer support, that quickly responds and solves my issues. Way to go!

Unfortunately, I spent hours working on a landing page for nothing. The AUTO save function and regular save function didn't work and the next day hours of work were for nothing. And the customer service is super incompetent. All they could tell me after hours was that the auto-save function worked and they couldn't help me. I will never use this software again.

GemPages is our goto page builder - it integrates with lots of tools we use, we can build new and good looking pages quickly and frequently, and we can customize content to a much greater extent than we can with the shopify section editor. Great app that we have used on several stores.

Gempages is my favorite because it is so easy to navigate even though they don't have features like the other page builders that I tried before. There is a chat on the bottom right of the page, and customer support will always help and be honest about what is going on. It was truly an amazing experience.

Amazing support, super easy to use. Great for new store owners and veteran ones. Nothing bad to say. Had a support agent fix 3 of my problems in literally 20 minutes. Harry is a fantastic helper.

Ummm WOW!? I have never in my 4 years using Shopify have made it a priority to come back and leave a review on an app. this was the easiest and most simple, helpful advancement to my website. I created a new and beautiful homepage within 15 minutes very easily. I am very impressed

Took me a little learning but Tony in Support was awesome and guided me through. The issue was user error :) Have now done 2 pages will update on improved conversions a little later.

Recommend. Had a problem with a product page, Withing 20min Anthony helpled me and got my store running again!
