I had an issue with one of my landing pages and received quick, detailed explanations. I had custom codes added by the customer support representative named Tony. He was efficient. Great overall app.

The GemPages support team is absolutely outstanding. As a new user, I had many detailed questions about publishing my first landing page, setting up Add to Cart actions, and connecting it properly to my Shopify store for ads. The team guided me through every step with clarity, patience, and real attention to detail. GemPages is powerful and intuitive once you learn its logic, but it’s the support team that truly makes the difference. Easy to use and works beautifully, great app. Harry was excellent help and helped to fix any issues promptly, great service too! My only feedback would be to offer customisable headers.
