The user interface looks clean, user friendly and at the same time, allows to get to the nuts and bolt CSS too. Great support.

This is a fantastic app, essential for anyone who wants to create custom pages, without any coding knowledge or prior experience. It has been invaluable to me so far, and very intuitive to use. Lastly and most importantly, the customer support (I'm talking about you, Daniel!) is OUT OF THIS WORLD. I have never seen such incredible customer support in any other platform, company, etc. They respond almost immediately, are very friendly and down to earth, and their team fixes any of your issues lightning fast (including instructions, explanations, and graphics with it). Cannot recommend enough, thank you GemPages.

I'm quite new to Gem Pages but I like the service already. Team and Support are very helpful and provide assistance fast and of a high quality. I've deleted by error one of the pages I was working on and they were able to restore it in 5 minutes. Really recommend this product.

I've been using gempages for a while now and have used it to build multiple sites. Its incredibly easy to use and anything outside of its normal scope, the team will always help you implement (and quickly) - Brilliant service and app!

so I was kind of having issues with the editor, I reach out and the support was able to help out, super fast and comfortably, yes they attend to a lot of people so they might not be online for some hours, you just explain to your best of ability and I'm very sure they will help you to the tiniest problem. to the support and technical team thank you

Much better than the Shopify native page editor, but the amount of bugs in the app has extensively added to the amount of time I needed to use it effectively. Although the functionality when working properly is quite robust, the bugs make it extremely frustrating to use effectively, not to mention the amount of time it takes fixing things that shouldn't need a work around.

This is a great app for designing custom pages of all types. It really helps to increase the speed of your site for mobile by letting you optimize image sizes and layouts. Awesome support. They will help you to fix issues with the app, even if it is another app that may be causing the issue. I can't say enough good things about the professionalism of the support staff.
