I got scammed with their 30 day money back guaranteed promise. I had a surprise deduction with my Shopify plan for $29 while I used the tool for only 9 days for experimentation. I cancelled it later on and asked the support if I am going to have funds deducted. the support told me no deduction will take place and it will be covered. Scam be aware before you subscribe.

We strictly follow Shopify’s policy for all payments and refunds. As GemPages is a third-party app, all subscription charges are managed directly by Shopify. I had a difficult time integrating COD Forms. I tried every possible solution, but the issue wasn’t resolved until I contacted support. I worked with the team for an entire day — some members did their best to help, while others weren’t quite up to the task. Then I met an angel named Pauline. Despite my frustration, she remained professional, patient, and capable, and ultimately solved the problem. I sincerely thank her and commend her for her excellent support. I also encourage the team to develop a faster and smoother process for integrating COD Forms, as many of my friends use it and face similar challenges.
Really easy to use. Has many great templates and features to choose from, and customer support is quick and efficient. This is an excellent app for designing the website you want.

The customer service is very responsible, and they respond to inquiries very carefully. Even when the software temporarily lacks certain features, they can help users solve the problems. Moreover, they are available all day. I am very grateful to them.
