I reached out to Gempages at about 9.30 pm on a Sunday with a problem and got a response within about 5 mins, which I did not expect so quickly. In previous experiences, it usually takes at least 24 hours to get a response, so well done.

Best customer service I have ever had! Team worked around the clock for me to solve my issues and help me implement new designs as well. When I woke up the next moring, everything was done and implemented. They even made a video for me to watch how they fixed it.

Wonderful customer support. They always reply almost instantly, with solutions to any issues I come across. I'm not great with tech stuff, but they made it so easy even for me to use this platform. 10/10 would recommend!
