I really appreciate their customer service, especially Emerald. She is super efficient, always understands my issues, and even sends me Loom videos with clear instructions.

I use Gem across all my stores and I cannot fault it! The support is always quick and effective, no being fobbed off like some Shopify app supports! The app allows you to make some really nice pages, really quick and easily and the load times are pretty good. Would recombed this for website!

I used GemPages to build out my entire website so that it looked exactly the way I wanted it to (the native Shopify builder is SO limited!). I just realized today that there was an issue with the Search function on all of my GemPages-built pages. I contacted support through the live chat function and was connected with a support person within 5 minutes. Tony was extremely helpful and expedited my issue to technical support. In under 30 minutes, they not only solved my issue, but included screenshots showing me exactly what they did to rectify it - amazing! This type of customer support is why I chose GemPages in the first place and I am SO happy I did! It's such a huge relief to be able to connect with a support team and get issues fixed in a timely manner when they arise. Highly recommend!
