We wanted to be able to create unique pages tailored to our liking. However, we were limited due to Shopify's themes at times. GemPages allows us to unleash that creativity and bring it to life, giving us the opportunity to create the best user experiences for our customers online. The platform may seem daunting to non-technical people initially, but it becomes easy after a few uses. The customer support is also very good. Everyone is kind, whilst giving meaningful responses to help get the job done. Quick shoutout to Tony for his outstanding assistance that he's provided for us.

Great app and amazing customer support! I had a small technical issue while using GemPages, and the support team was incredibly responsive and helpful. La app es muy buena e intuitiva, pero si algo debo destacar hasta el momento en que llevo usándola es su gran atención al cliente. Respuestas inmediatas y soluciones muy efectivas, fue una experiencia muy satisfactoria poder sentirse bien tratado y que el personal de soporte realmente sienta interés y disposición para ayudarte en tu inconveniente. Quiero hacer mención directa a Annie, no sé si sea una IA o qué jajaj pero fue muy amable y cordial conmigo, además de que me ayudó hasta el final con un problema que ni siquiera estaba causando directamente esta app.

Modifico el código de mi tienda y ahora las variantes salen bloqueadas, tuve que cambiar de tema porque un no lo puedo solucionar

The application is generally above average, so it's good. I'll tell you about its problems. 1) There are a lot of errors in the application. If you encounter these errors, you may even need to delete the Shopify store theme. 2) I talked to about 3 different Customer Support representatives, none of them could solve my problem, and these problems were very simple problems like 2+2=4. They only give copy-paste answers and are extremely incompetent.

As a small business without a developer, this app makes it super easy to manage the look and function of our website. While there are some limitations, it's always expanding it's features and covers all the primary needs. Customer service is better than most in this industry. Great app!
