I had an urgent issue with my shopping cart link that had been a persistent pain point. After a thorough investigation, the GemPages developers were able to resolve it. Everyone I spoke to was genuinely eager to help me find a solution. Five stars for their amazing support team!

Great app and great support. Do not spent much money buying sections from shopify by default as GemPages already have a few houndred of these as a standard.

Reliable support which is always there for you and can help you with your problems. It's not perfect that you can't use the intern Shopify style settings but ok.

It's a wonderful app and the support is superb! It takes some getting used to but it's great to know there are people behind you every step of the way - highly recommend.

Day 1 we found that nothing was saved after 3 hours of work on a lander. Day 2 we contacted the support, was told this is likely a connection issue: Session timed out. So we save every 15 minutes. At the end of day 2, nothing was saved again. We contact the support again, seems no clue. And there is no recoverable backup. Enough. Saving every 15 minutes also not working. And the CS was trying to say we have too many theme sessions, more than 20 while we are at 19. He doesn't even bother to check our account before making any suggestion, while he already got the collaborative access.

every single time I have asked for support, the team have responded quickly. They have provided a solution every time without fail. Harry was so unbelievably helpful the last time, and they are always mega polite. The app is superior to every other I have used. Woudl not hesitate to recommend.

I use Gempages for product pages, landing pages, my homepage and more for multiple brands/ sites I manage. I love the app, it's very easy to use and makes me look great to my bosses who are picky about how they want things to look. Customer service is always amazing, they solve every issue I have. Special shout out to Teniola, her customer service skills are wonderful, and she really went above and beyond to assist me with the affirm messaging I wanted to show up on my product pages. Affirm support was no help, but no Gempages! Teniola got it done quick and also showed me how.
