I was up doing some work late at night and ran into some issues I needed assistance with. I reached out to the support team expecting them to get back to me tomorrow, but within a few minutes I had a response from one of their support team members, Tina . I went over several issues and she was able to assist me in everything, including screenshots of her screen to make the process easier for me to understand and learn. Really enjoy working with GemPages and 100% recommend them.

Great app that has assisted emiejames in creating wonderful landing pages. Shopify's Pages are not the best... it's no secret. but Gem pages works perfect with Shopify and has met all my needs.

Cleanes web page editor. I had an issue and needed help, contacted support and my issue was resolved quickly. A coding issue i would have been unable to resolve on my own and they took care of it quickly. Highly recommend.

GemPages was a life-saver, again. We had several problems going way beyond our expertise (some conflict with the Operating System as well as some Chrome extensions which prevented the app from running at normal parameters). Both the Customer Support and the Tech Team were fantastic, they identified the issues, solved the problems, reported back and celebrated this victory together with us :) . Couldn't have asked for more. They fixed the bugs for all 3 stores we have! Much appreciated and highly recommended!

The support team here is second to none! ALWAYS answer quickly. I also had an issue getting Loox and EZ options apps to work with my gempages. They worked throughout the night (Hugh) to get it working perfectly! 5 stars!!

best app for making custom landing pages, very user friendly and their youtube videos make it 10x easier. also, anytime i run across any issues their support is quick to respond and solve anything.

This app's support is great - really quick solutions when things go wrong. The app in general has improved over the last year with new features and updates. However, it can be glitchy at times but this may be because we work on a complex theme. With simple Shopify themes, this app would be great and it really easy to use.

Amazing page builder. Support is even better! I have been working with gempages for 2 years now. In the beginning only for my landingspages, but since a few weeks also for my productpages. Saw a 100% increase on my conversion rate. The support is also amazing. They usually respond within an hour or so and always fix the issue within no time, even it they have to make changes to the code of my time.
