I've had an amazing experience using Gem Pages so far! I'm currently on the free plan (just 1 page), but the level of support I received has been incredible—far better than many paid apps I've tried. Every time I faced an issue, the support team responded promptly and resolved it efficiently. A special shoutout to Abiola, who was incredibly patient and helpful throughout. I really like GemPages and it's features, it makes it easy to build out the site. BUT, unfortunately it greatly impacts the speed and performance of my website and it's a big issue. Every developer I hire tells me that GemPages is the biggest issue my site has. In order to provide the best experience to customers, GemPages really needs to find a way to make their builder function within Shopify better. The annual fee and having to constantly find a developers is just too much to worry about.
Great experience....just started with product page and am loving the extensive options available...whatever you can think of... Support is great
