I have been using Gempages for couple of times with different Shopify account but one thing I can assure is that the support team including Lara, Wahab, Amy and more which I didn't remember their name. Shout out to those people who sometimes save me a lot of money lol cause I don't have to hire freelancer from Fiverr to do the custom code on liquid. I would say Gempages is a one stop solution for page-builder. For a newbie, with limited coding skill like me, I thought Gempages was limited by the plug-in it has integration with like WideBundle, Ryviu but actually the support team is more than capable to manifest whatever you have in your imagination. Just post the screenshot of your problem and address to them what you had in mind. Usually they can handle it in less than an hour. I can say maybe 80% of the time. The best part is their support team is so responsive and I never get a response in more than 12 hours of waiting. It's actually a big deal for an impatience person like me

ken was extremely helpful i had a technical issues regarding the page loading they helped guid to access store and resolved issue super fast so i am up and running again thank so much for support love the app

Just got started and am loving it. Within days I redesigned my homepage and product pages and am already noticing a higher conversion rate. Customer support is excellent too!

if you have reached here to see the reviews, I am here to tell you all that It's been almost 3 months of my journey with Gempages, In my experience, the best app comes with the best team of customer service behind it. The support center of Gempages whether be "Customer Service" who has been really supportive through out this journey, or the published article manual is so precise and relevant for almost every use case. The Customer Service team is so supportive that I have knocked there doors, hundreds of time, and they have never treated me in a way that make me feel that they are somewhere exhausted of my requests. Never!!! the tech team behind gempages "the backup Ninjas" are for real. They will support you no matter how complex your issues are. Truly I am glad that I chose Gempages over other pagebuilders. The best page builder avaliable! A lot of features that make your pages very customizable, and super easy to use. On the other hand, the customer service is excellent. Special mention to Lara, that help us with some doubts. 100% recommended!

I really like this Gempage, very user-friendly, with more customization features to make our product pages richer and more attractive to customers. 100% Best page builder app on Shopify. Customer Service is beyond amazing I can design pages and let my Marketing Team update them. You don't need to be a developer to make amazing detailed pages. Just know how to drag and drop stuff. LOVE IT
