Es funktioniert alles super und ist leicht und schnell zu verstehen und einzurichten. Eine kleine Änderung konnten wir nicht direkt selber durchführen, aber der Support hat direkt geantwortet und sich schnell gekümmert. Ich bin wirklich beeindruckt vom Support-Team und wie schnell und lieb diese antworten.

Great app and verry quick helpfull support
Very good experience. Easy to integrate, easy to use. Had an issue with a customer ordering free stuff and they fixed the problem instantly, even added code to prevent the issue from recurring. Excellent support , great app.

A special thanks to Marcela, who helped us throughout the process. She was very friendly, patient, and solution-oriented, and made sure everything was arranged properly for our upcoming campaign. This app is fantastic, easy to set up and use, easy to customize, css addition makes it simple to adjust to your brand and page exactly and when there was a feature I needed I messaged their team and they had it fixed and created in a few hours - amazing!!
The support is really excellent. I received an answer within a few minutes and was also helped directly. With regard to the app, I would like to have one more setting option: To replace the pop-up field for selecting the gift with a slot in the shopping cart. That would be a nicer solution when shopping via smartphone.

Easy to integrate into your Shopify store. Every time I've reached out to support, I receive an answer in minutes (which is a huge plus) from Glecy who is super useful. The UI is easy to use and straight forward. There could be some more features to customise the widgets but overall a great app!
The block does not update dynamically and gifts can be selected even if the conditions are not met. It means there is no server-side validation that checks the conditions. This also means you cannot select a gift when you add a product to the cart dynamically and the conditions are met until you refresh the page. The gift is removed from the cart when you remove a product even if the conditions are still met. There is a limit of 10 items/Product Choice

The UI is well-designed, and the mechanism is solid, reliable, and refreshingly straightforward. We really like it. It’s clearly a high-quality product, and it shows. That’s why, despite many other apps available on the Shopify store with even more features, we chose to stick with this one. To be clear: this is a 5-star app in our eyes—the quality is unquestionable. We’re only holding back on the full rating in hopes that Italian will be added as a supported language soon. Since our store is multilingual, this is a significant issue for us. We're also looking forward to seeing a few new features added (which we've already suggested to their great support team). Speaking of support: it's truly excellent. We're honestly very impressed and enthusiastic. We also want to mention that we’ll definitely be trying Candy Rack for the Christmas season—it looks amazing. Quite expensive, but it seems worth it. Huge compliments to the team for such an outstanding job!
Love this app! It is very good for boosting sales and for getting rid of low-selling, low-value items!
