This app is the WORST ... I have almost never had the experience of the app working when I need it to. I pay $20 a month for an app that fails to load EVER and I can't cancel it because I can't even see how many outstanding credits there are. I would prefer at this point, to issue gift cards to anyone who has a credit with me through Rise but I can't find them. DO NOT INSTALL

Great app and excellent customer support. We encountered a synchronization issue where redeemed gift cards still showed the full balance in the Rise.ai dashboard. Juna investigated the issue thoroughly, manually ran a sync, and resolved the issue quickly. Thank you, Juna, for your professional, patient, and friendly support. I really appreciate your help!
Picked this app up for a simple no points bs app to handle gift cards as a promo and its been great. Better still is the customer service, the replies are within a very reasonable time and they went above and beyond what was expected. Thank you Eddie!
