Rise makes it so easy to create win-back campaigns and loyalty reward programs. They provide quick assistance with any questions I may have (shoutout to Eddie) and the platform is very user friendly.

So far the set up has been really straight forward and I really believe will make a big difference to my business. The team are available on chat and have been really great at solving any problems. Highly recommend.

I've been using this app for several months now, slowing implementing the functions. The written support documentation and videos are detailed and helpful, and if there is any uncertainty or ambiguity the support team in available to talk through your particular concern. We're currently using the app for its loyalty program with rewards as well as store credits. Gift card functionality is superb with an impressive presentation to the gift recipient. Five Stars!

Great app, functions as described and provides a great user interface. Ideally, use this app if you want both gift cards and rewards as their synergy is great.

The app itself is not hard to set up and there are plenty of help articles along the way to guide you. If you have any trouble with assets appearing on the store, the Rise team is very responsive and great at following up until the problem is solved

John has been extremely patient and helpful with the resolution of a bug caused by the add-on of cross-selling app. He helped me fix it all the way. Really appreciated the help.

Rise has been amazing so far. So much better than out of the box Shopify Gift Card Features. Their support and implementation team has been wonderful as well. Itay and the team have gone above and beyond to make sure our headless Shopify integration went as smooth as possible

The rise app is does what we need without too much drama. But their documentation less than optimal... The tech support, however, is really outstanding. My recent interaction with Junalou was typical - good, concise information that pointed to an answer and a solution.
