We use this app to reward loyal customers with a percentage back as store credit on products purchased as well as a referral system to help onboard new customers. The app is easy to use and set up and provides great value for our company. We would recommend this app to anyone looking to create a loyalty scheme within their site

So far we love the app! It has improved our customers experience by giving them the flexibility to automatically send the gift card on scheduled dates and write a personal message. We are now exploring their loyalty and promotional functions like sending BOGO gift cards. Customer service chat has been quick to answer and they understand their product well.

This app has been super user friendly and with and the support staff it has been a breeze. I can not thank Pauline enough for answering my thousands of questions in the transfer process! She has made this so easy!

I struggled to import CSV file that complies to their format. Stay has been a great help to setup a video call and solve all the queries in order to get started. He gave me some practical tips as well. The app itself offers a better solution at an affordable price compared to other app. It is less complicated for my customers to understand. They get to see the amount instead and use the store credit when they make their purchase which I think it will increase the rate of conversion. Their email template is very useful. Overall I am very happy and I am not easy to please.

Since speaking with the Rise AI team I have reviewed and updated my original review of 1 star to 5 stars. The customer services and care of both Hila and Itay was 100% spot on and they deserve the 5 stars for that alone. I was originally disgruntled with the service and costs, but Rise AI swiftly resolved this for us and have gone above and beyond. It is refreshing to see this and it certainly has changed my opinion of them. I highly recommend the company based on their customer care.

I recently had some issues logging in and their support staff was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. We fixed the issue before it because a problem for my staff.

Great app for loyalty and gift cards. Been using Rise for over 6 months now and it's really helped us to grow a loyalty program and it link that in with gift cards and referrals. Highly recommended with very quick support.

The Rise.ai app works really well for our customers. We've receive positive feedback for our Rewards program and it definitely give us an edge. Also, the service is excellent. Very responsive with any issues that crop up. We like especially that it increases our customer loyalty, which, in a niche market like ours, is everything.
