We've been able to customize the experience to fit our brand, and the Rise.ai team has been really helpful with integration support. Recently we needed help with promoting the "send as a gift" button and Eddie stepped right in and sorted us out!

We just started using this app to manage our gift cards and loyalty program. The gift card setup is easy and quick, customers appreciate having a choice of gift cards designs and sending them directly to the recipient immediately or scheduling for later. The loyalty program took a bit more effort for us to grasp and implement because we migrated from a points system and Rise loyalty program works on store credits. The most amazing feature of this app is their excellent customer support - we've had multiple questions during migration and setup that were answered quickly and helped us understand the system. The support team is very helpful and patient with questions :-) Our Rise loyalty program will go live in a few days and I hope our customers will appreciate the simplicity and better user experience than the points collecting & redeeming option.

This app helped me provide a better customer experience to our shoppers by providing an easy, customizable gift card option on our website. Our customers like choosing from the several different gift card designs offered and being able to schedule when they want their gift card sent. This app helps elevate your gift card game, making it a win for your website and your customer. Speaking of a great customer experience...I couldn't have asked for better customer support from the team at Rise. Anytime I had a question regarding functionality or a tweak I wanted to make on the back end, I received an immediate response. The team is amazing and answered every question I had in a super timely manner!

We're LOVING this app so far. The opportunity to have custom branded graphics, for customers to be able to send, schedule, or print gift cards, and for us to finally be able to run BOGO promotions on multiple tiers of gift cards is great. Not to mention their customer support chat peeps are SO NICE and helpful. 10/10 worth giving this app a go!

Hands down, the most incredible customer service. We have been using Rise for Gift Cards for over a year, but just transitioned to their loyalty program as well - it has been a great experience and a great app!

I love working with the Rise team. They're response time is faster then light and they are always there to solve any issue that arises. Pauline has helped me on countless occasions and is always so informative and super friendly! Updating my review: they heard the feedback about overbranding their logo all over everything and changed this! I do think this is the best software on the market for loyalty + store credits etc, good functions and it's a comprehensive suite.

We do offer a 7-day free trial and we offer both monthly or annual subscription options :) Full pricing details can be viewed here: https://rise.ai/pricing I see that you've uninstalled and re-installed a couple of times which may have prevented the trial from being applied. We can help with this! Regarding whitelabeling/Rise logo, our Pro plan is $159.99 or $199.99 per month (depending which plan you select) which allows for the Rise.ai logo to be removed from all assets. Our Premium plan is $479.99 or $499.99 per month and includes removing the Rise logo from all emails. Specifically, Pauline was amazing today! I had a rush job and needed to delete the ADD TO CART button because my clients were confused. We now only have a SEND AS GIFT button and that works better. Thank you Pauline! Richard

The setup is super easy and the team is always on hand to help, we had a lot of questions and they worked with us to find solutions quickly and effectivly! If you're looking for a great gift card app I would recommend Rise.ai.
