I needed to set up email white-labeling for our gift cards to fix deliverability issues (emails going to spam). Pauline from Rise.ai support went above and beyond! She provided clear DNS instructions for my end and had everything verified and activated within 30 minutes (so FAST). When we discovered the MX records were interfering with our existing email setup, she quickly confirmed we could remove them without affecting white-labeling functionality. The result?
