I'm looking forward to the holiday season with Rise. I spent a great deal of time customizing customer emails, the popup cards, etc. And found the process time-consuming, but easy—in other words, exactly as expected. Throughout the process, as minor issues arose, customer service has been very quick to respond and assist me with my queries. Highly recommended. Update 11.19.20: Even the smallest, least consequential tweaks to random design-related nonsense is met with prompt, and with one Rise associate in particular, cheerful help. Thank you Dana, you're an absolute gem:) And you deserve a raise.

We downloaded this app to help meet the needs of our unique customer base. We have been amazed at the level of support from the developer to ensure the app works with our store and to our needs. Really good app. I switched from a point-based loyalty program and this store credit program works much better for my customers since it's easy to understand. Support has been phenomenal as they were able to answer all of my questions as I was learning about the back-end stuff.

I love Rise! I recommended it to many people. I almost doubled my B2C revenue in 2021 and am hoping to continue increasing. Rise was definitely a part of that success. My only issue that I’ve been asking for is an integration with Stanped.io. I use Stamped for my reviews and currently am manually issuing rewards for reviews. It’s not ideal, as it adds another step to my process. I wish it were seamless.

I highly recommend this app and customer service. I just started using the app. The app is very versatile and allows me to offer great incentives to my customers even at the starter level. The customer service is absolute wonderful. Very knowledgeable, professional, and always available. No problem seems to be to small. Hila especially has been a pleasure dealing with. Used this app for bulk Gift Card import. Although the import went well, downloading the subsequent csv file for the generated give cards did not work. However, this was quickly resolved by the RISE support team.

Have been using Rise since we began with Shopify on my other store and now using it on my new store for store credit. Recommend to everyone who need an easy way to build a real gift card program for loyalty and referrals.

I was looking for referral system, but found much more with this app. Their graphical flow builder is amazing, allowing us to create limitless scenario cases, and customer service is simply exceptional. I recommend this app and very thankful to have them as our solution provider.

Update** Sept 25, 2020 I had an issue with a customer who ordered a gift card but did not receive it. I messaged the Chat and Sam replied back to me quickly and informed that there was concern that the customer used part of a gift card to pay for the gift card. The level of sophistication to safeguard us is great. I really enjoy using Rise. It is the most expensive app we use but quality does not come cheap. Money well spent! I found Rise while searching for a gift card based loyalty program. I have never looked back since. After downloading it, I saw it was very intuitive to set up. I scheduled a call with a Rise representative to speak about the app and what it can do. After a quick 30 min call, I had what I needed to continue building out my flows and start building greater loyalty with my customers. This is the fastest I have been up and running with an app. Rise has been great and they continue to be great. Thank you for the amazing service and awesome product!

Rise.ai was the answer to two pieces of functionality we were trying to add to our store. First, we wanted to provide a digital gift card that buyers could send to someone else so that person could make a purchase of their choice. Rise.ai did this SO easily and that gift card has the most sales on our store. Second, we wanted to provide a one time bonus gift card for first time buyers. There were a few stipulations such as the product being from certain collections but Rise.ai support helped us create the workflow so the bonus gift cards were issued correctly. The clean dashboard, simple set up and responsive customer support make Rise.ai a five star app!
