Rise Gift Cards & Store Credit

Best gift card app out there. Elevates the customer experience for gift cards and adds the ability to send gift cards via email. We love that you can build automated workflows and promos around gift cards. Have not explored the Loyalty side, but are starting to expand the integration. Great team and support at Rise. We've been with them for over a year now and have added them to multiple Shopify stores.

Just started with the system and so far, I am loving it. Plus, they have great support. I had two questions and they were answered immediately which saved me soooo much time searching for the answer myself. I look forward to working with this system. I use Shopify Basic and this app gives you more than Shopify does at a better price. Stoked!

This is a great service. Right now, we use the Rise App during sale periods to execute on "Spend $x, get a $y store credit" promotions to increase AOV and encourage repurchase. It works very well and can be customized to match your branding. The team has been incredibly responsive and has helped us set up, execute and answered questions. They are adding new features constantly and continue to pack more value into the product. It's on the expensive side but it's easy to use and if used correctly, the ROI is positive. Recommend!

I use this app to help me retain repeat customers and incentivize new customer growth. So far, Rise has exceeded my expectations, especially with the reminders to customers that they have Loyalty dollars available. This reminder has brought customers back into my shop to see what's new and to make a purchase. Customer service responds quickly and has helped resolve technical issues I had at onboarding.

It took me last than 1 hour to enable Gift Cards in my store - it was a big deal for me! Then, I've discovered that I could also issue store credits when I try to incentivize people to buy or when I have a refund request. And then I've learned that I could actually automate emails and use the same app for the abandoned cart recovery. I'm killing it now thanks to this app!

Shopify's native gift card system isn't very good and this definitely bridges the gap. If you are looking to create an acquisition or retention campaign based around gift cards, you really do need to incorporate this app.

I like the three options it gives customers to send as a gift. You can also give users a choice of images to select from, to add a customized touch.

We installed this app in 2018 when it was simply BOGO Gift Cards. It's expanded a ton since then, with lots of increased capabilities and new features. The support team was a huge help in getting us back up and running with a gift card promo using the new features and workflows since we were unfamiliar with how to use them. Thanks!

I needed a solution to bulk import 240 gift cards I already had numbers for. The platform was easy to navigate and customer service very responsive! Even when the csv file didn't send right he reformatted it for me on his end and made sure they were all uploaded correctly! Only solution I could find on the marketplace -- excited to experiment with more of the app features!

Well it will be quite less to say that my dreams came true as this app is offering even more. All that i pen down to offer in Store Credits and Gift Cards, they have it all and its a great experience. I did needed a hand from the support to set it all up, and ended up getting great support.
