The app itself is good, but what really makes it great are the people behind it. Nadav and his team worked hard to implement features we wanted and required in order to launch our gift card program on time and on brand. It's easy to use and does the job well! Would recommend!

The Rise team never ceases to impress me. Their customer service and willingness to help is outstanding. As a growing business, it's nice to know you have a company that truly supports my business needs. Another great customer service experience. I'm so happy the Rise team worked with Facebook to get the gift card added to the platform. This will help with brand awareness. The app is easy to use and set up. I like the three options it gives customers to send as a gift. You can also give users a choice of images to select from, to add a customized touch.

We installed this app in 2018 when it was simply BOGO Gift Cards. It's expanded a ton since then, with lots of increased capabilities and new features. The support team was a huge help in getting us back up and running with a gift card promo using the new features and workflows since we were unfamiliar with how to use them. Thanks!

Well it will be quite less to say that my dreams came true as this app is offering even more. All that i pen down to offer in Store Credits and Gift Cards, they have it all and its a great experience. I did needed a hand from the support to set it all up, and ended up getting great support. All five stars to fuel you guys up with motivation and yes, i highly recommend this app to all others who wants to bring such offers on store. I just installed on site, so hoping to achieve great results in sales boosts.

Update: They have amazing service to their customer and it's always satisfy to use their service. And this APP is working perfectly for every merchant and it's grow your business from 5~25% in additional. Amazing! I highly recommend this app if you are planning to increase your returning and loyalty customers. I've tried out many rewards & loyalty apps but their conditions are too complicate and limited. But this Rise app is super easy to set yourself very easily and if it's complicated, their support team is always ready to help. They'll do everything for you to reach your goals. I love this app and encourage you to use this Rise app not only for online store but you can also use for physical stores. I'm using both and it's perfectly running great.
