It's a fantastic app to manage customer store credits and gift cards. It seamlessly integrates with Shopify and gives the customer the ability to view their gift card and store credit balances on the account page. The Rise team has also been extremely helpful in getting us set up and resolving any issues/questions that came up.

Support is quick to reply, really happy with the app so far. I am mainly using it to bulk generate gift cards which it does seamlessly and easily.

Great product with a great team behind it too that genuinely wants to see its users get the best out of the app. I was super surprised to have received a call from Ari who then proceeded to help me out with a urgent issue we were facing. Rise is awesome! Most of our users purchase with store credit and Rise solves our biggest issues with the built-in Shopify gift card system. With Rise, our users can see their card balance and choose to use their linked Gift Card from their cart. They can also see their full Shopify gift card code on their account page. We did have one small issue installing Rise on our site, but Roy from Rise was able to get the issue solved for us in less than 12 hours.

Very user-friendly app and fast support. Works best on Shopify (middle) plan or higher as shopify restricts the use of Gift Cards on the basic plan.

We loved how quickly Roy was able to migrate all of our old gift cards into our new POS to make checkout easy on our team and keep customers happy as well. The team at Rise was easy to work with & responded in a timely manner.

So far so good. It is a great app with lots of unique features. We decided to use this app instead of point based loyalty apps. Easy to use, too and very friendly and prompt customer support.

I have ZERO coding experience and these guys were there to setup my app and help me make custom changes FOR FREE. I emailed them back and forth for weeks getting help making tweaks. The customer service is the best I've experienced in a long time. They make a great product and back it with incredible service. If you're looking for an E-Card solution pick Rise.ai

Every E-commerce store MUST have a loyalty and giftcard program to retain re-engage and reward clients Rise has done a great job simplifying the process. Great Team! Fast response, and continued improvements! Highly recommend them.

I love this app and its support team! They helped me with instalation during the weekend and now I can enjoy a great gift card system for my store. I used to be on Shopify plan with its native gift card but now, with this app, my gift cards are much more customized, customers can send their gift cards directly to recipients via email, message or print it, I can set up my custom reward program with gift cards... And that's all was not possibile with Shopify's gift cards. I really don't know why I waited so long to switch from native gift cards into this app which I fully recomend!

App was fairly easy to instal and the customer service is among the best I have experienced with App developers for my shop! Cost is a bit steep but let's see how well it pays off :-)
