Great support, especially through issues we had and easy to use app. The customer self service option (for customers to check balances without having to reach out) is a big help.

Just started using this app and our customers love the new ability to send a gift card with a message, rather than just buy one directly. We will be promoting this feature prior to events such as Mothers Day or Valentines Day. Looking forward to using some of the other features such as sending gift cards in bulk to some of our best customers, or staff, or allowing customers to directly gift products. The Gift Wizard team were very helpful in getting this set up, with a screen share session. Thanks Gift Wizard

It took a bit of time to get it as customized as we wanted/needed it but Ari and team were quick to respond, hop on the phone and jump in and fix problems. So far, it has been a much better experience for our customers than the native Shopify gift cards.

We received great support from Ari and the Gift Wizard team. Great new features now available including cashback and workflows. Our gift card sales have significantly increased since implementing Gift Wizard on our website, highly recommended!

Giftwizard is an app with a lot of functionality for cashback and rewards. We want to stand out in our industry and we focus on building close relationships with the customers. We used the workflow of giftwizard - had our first customer using the program in under an hour. It was easy to install and we had it setup within minutes. While I haven't needed too much from them, their support has been amazing. Keep up the great work for merchants!
